Central location, very good starting point for bus, train, walking. Sweet attic room with a view of the Wetterstein Mountains, especially the Zugspitze, even when showering. Everything you need is there. Ms. Grasegger is such a lovely, friendly and helpful host with lots of tips and advice for excursions and hikes. The breakfast is delicious, lovingly prepared and completely sufficient. I would want to book this guesthouse again and again, the price and performance are really top. Thank you for the lovely week with great weather.

Very nice, clean and central. We felt very comfortable with the viewZugspitze. Approx. 200m to the train station and the cog railway to Zugspitze. Free recommendations from Ms. Grasegger with the delicious 😋 breakfast. The two pass ticket was a recommendation from her and was a very good tip 😉. Our son also felt very comfortable in the Wank single room. Very happy again.

Nice cozy accommodation! The hostess is really super friendly and we were very satisfied!By bus or car it is only a few minutes to the Eibsee, Zugspitze gondola or other sights.

I was here in May to hike in the region and climb the Zugspitze.Arrival: Since I arrived very late, I contacted you beforehand. My situation was responded to flexibly and the key was simply stored in a PIN-protected box.Room: My room was very clean and everything you needed was there. The room was cleaned every day and new towels were available upon request. I had a breathtaking view of the mountains from the room!Breakfast: Breakfast is prepared with a lot of love and dedication. A really small buffet with eggs, sausage, cheese, rolls, orange juice, coffee and much more is available.Surroundings: Grainau is perfectly located. All excursion destinations can be reached within a few minutes by car or even on foot. For example, I combined the Eibsee with a short hike. There are also many restaurants, shops and cozy cafés in the town. I've eaten at three different restaurants here and can highly recommend them all. Please remember to bring cash as many restaurants do not accept card payments.Host: The hostess is super nice and always tries to ensure that the guests don't lack anything. She will also be happy to help with helpful excursion tips. I was super satisfied and would love to come back! Keep it up! :)Overall, a great value for money and can only be recommended!

Great view from the room. The hosts were very friendly and gave good tips about the hiking trails in the area. Simple but very good breakfast, which left nothing to be desired for me.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. Mrs. Sabine is especially kind and concerned that you don't miss anything. The room was clean, every day Mrs. Sabine cleaned and changed the towels if needed. The view from the room was wonderful. The breakfast was rich, varied and included both salty and sweet products, fruits and vegetables. The price is commensurate with the services. Due to the fact that the weather was not kind we missed some things we wanted to do, so we might come back.

We had a beautiful weekend here. Sabine was really friendly and helpful with everything! The view was amazing from our room! It was cleaned and nice. I really loved that she was preparing glutenfree and lactosefree food for me. There are a lot of options to have a trip in the area. We recommend to you! Thank you Sabine!

We spent our summer vacation here. The location is great! Really good value for money. The breakfast was good, the landlady was very nice and the rooms with the large balcony were great. There is a deduction for the creaking bed and for the daily wake-up call shortly after 6, as the breakfast room was right next door and a guest was always allowed in. But definitely recommend it and we would come again!
