We spent 5 wonderful days there. 😊The room was lovingly, traditionally furnished and we didn't miss anything.The breakfast was very tasty and everything from fresh rolls to fruit and a variety of toppings was included.Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness and warm nature of the landlady.

This accommodation is perfect. The location is great. The center of Grainau is within walking distance and Lake Eibsee is 7 minutes away by car. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess. The rooms are very clean. We had a direct view of the Zugspitze from our balcony. The breakfast contains everything you need - very tasty.As a guest you can tell that this accommodation is run with passion. We felt very comfortable.

First of all I would like to praise the hostess, Ms. Monier. She is very friendly and accommodating. By the second day she already knew by heart who wanted which drinks for breakfast.Next, to the hotel itself.The hotel is very attractive both from the outside and from the inside. Outside there is a lovely front garden with a fountain feature. There are loungers that you can use to relax on sunny days. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Beautiful accommodation, good location, the view in front of the house is very beautiful, seeing a huge mountain. The rooms are cute. Everything is complete. Breakfast is pretty good. Arrange the dining room area cutely. The owner of the house was hospitable. It's a pity that it rained heavily on the day we went. The internet doesn't work.

We had a perfect stay, we received an extremely friendly welcome, the room was really extremely clean, comfortably and rustically furnished, everything we needed was there and the breakfast was great too :-)If we come to Garmisch again, we will definitely sleep here again! In the evening on the balcony with a Hefeweizen (from the fridge on the ground floor) and a view of the Zugspitze, the clouds are slowly passing by and the sun is still coming out.I wouldn't be surprised if Luis Trenker comes along.The welcome in the house was just warm, as was everything that happened here. Delicious breakfast with nice people, super clean rooms with everything a vacationer needs.On our hikes I said a friendly hello, hello or hello to more people than ever before. A holiday here at the foot of the Zugspitze in the Florian guest house does something to the people 👍

Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and had a fairly large bathroom and a large terrace with a view of the Zugspitze. There is also seating to relax and enjoy delicious beers 🍻😁 The breakfast buffet is rich and fresh every day. All in all, a perfect break from everyday life.

Fantastic holiday apartment with a side view of the Zugspitze. A stone's throw into town. Very nice hostess, you can come to her with anything, she has an open ear for everything. The breakfast buffet is small but incredibly tasty and is freshly replenished until the last minute. There is plenty of everything that your breakfast heart desires. She gives useful excursion tips and recommendations. We felt super comfortable and really well accommodated for 14 days! Thank you very much!
