We stayed in apartment variant 4 for 1 week with our 9 year old son.We felt very happy, we had bread roll service or walked to the bakery. We used everything exceptthe gym because we had great weather.

Nice rooms. Clean.Rooms were only cleaned at an additional cost.Huge facility. The way to the sauna is very poorly signposted.We...a group of 16 adults stayed there for three nights. Had a menu for the evening. When we arrived there was a buffet in the evening, for 35 per person. Too expensive for what was offered.The Pils was offered in a normal...straight glass...not even a beer glass....The waitress was asked if it was a Pils...they said...yes, it is beer.0.1 …some of the red wine was served in cognac snifters.And all in a 4 star superior hotel.You couldn't have dinner delivered to your room. You had to pay in cash every evening. There were problems with that, because who travels with €500 in cash these days….The restaurant is not part of the hotel.At breakfast the coffee cups were often empty...

As every year, I am absolutely satisfied with my stay at the Mondi Resort Oberstaufen. The apartments are spacious, modernly furnished and always very clean. The ambience is really appealing and invites you to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and courteous staff, who make your stay even more pleasant. No matter whether you have any questions or requests, you will always be greeted with a smile and well looked after. It's clear to me: I'll come back every year because everything is just right here!

Very clean. Apartment is older and worn but still completely fine. Staff very friendly. Bathrobe faction fun to watch. Everything else is there. Bowling alleys great. Swimming pool. Billiard wellness treatments...restaurant, well.

Deputy hotel management, although never seen, always good contact, very friendly (Ms. Forster), but the reception manager, I think it was Mr. Krutnik, said things about our bus driver, who I have known for 40 years, that was a disgrace, he is not acceptable at the reception.

The facility actually made a good impression.Rooms were ok.The buffet for 35! Euros weren't even worth half. Roast pork was raw and some advertised dishes were not available at all. After every drink you charge money, which is also annoying.The icing on the cake was that our bus driver was accused of being drunk. He needed someone to turn around because he was reversing onto a busy street in the dark (legally required). The officer then reported him as drunk, which was a complete disgrace. He is 70 and hasn't drunk alcohol for years. The gentleman at the reception was so impossible that even his colleagues were ashamed of him.It could have been explained normally beforehand. We definitely won't be coming back.

We had a lovely holiday at the Mondi Resort. We were here already in 2021 and now again in 2024. The apartments are clean, well and functionally furnished. Unfortunately the sofa creaked a lot and was out of the way. We didn't sleep well here. Compared to 2021, the breakfast offering has deteriorated enormously. There is hardly any choice and something is always missing. The service staff are very nice but can hardly keep up. The in-house swimming pool is very nice. Overall a nice resort and a recommendation with children!

Located at the exit of the town, relatively close to the thoroughfare, there is more traffic noise, and the quiet can only be rated as three out of ten. The relatively modern reception facility in one house is a window dressing, because the facility consists of several houses which boasts a relatively modern design and relatively friendly, approachable staff. The very outdated apartment accommodation consisting of six houses is relatively modern, at least in our category. Accordingly, there is little to complain about. We definitely have to complain about the Polish craftsmen who work and are accommodated here in this accommodation, who, as we know, are not the quietest. this is quite strange. I am traveling with two children eleven and twelve. This facility is not recommended at all for this age, as there are only small, moaning children. I would rate the offers in the facility area as -1. The restaurant is run by someone else, not the hotel, and according to reports from locals, has changed hands six times in the last nine years. The breakfast at €22.50 for adults and eleven euros for children is a complete disaster. A four star facility should be able to at least offer fresh items for this price. Thawed fruits and inferior baked goods are in no way worth this price. I rate this facility as a complete disaster and strongly advise against it. From a structural point of view, every refugee accommodation is better positioned than this facility!!!

Visited this summer. The restaurant is a disaster. Apparently not owned and run by the hotel, but it just doesn’t justify it. The table next to us even refused to pay for the disastrous ‘buffet’ they ordered. Understandable.Otherwise the hotel itself is ok, not anything special though and you can clearly see the rooms/houses are old and have just received some paint and cosmetic renovation. Indoor play area for kids is good, indoor pool ok. Price is quite high and in my view it does not qualify for 4 stars but closer to 3. Although combined with the 0 star restaurant, it unfortunately only sums up to 2 stars…

The renovated rooms and apartments were beautiful. Very generously cut. Everything you need is there. Good for self-care. Starting point is great. A few minutes to the mountain railway, a few minutes to the town center. Nice wellness area. The bathing area is now a bit unfashionable, but completely sufficient. To recommend.
