They double billed me and a member of the riding group I hosted when several of us rode our bikes around the IJsselmeer back in June. I requested a refund once I found out we both paid for his room, but they never responded.

Great hotel in a great location! I spent a night every week at Hotel de Werf for a year. Thanks to the extremely nice and sweet owners, it has always felt like coming home. Cozy and cozy hotel, nice atmosphere that feels homely. Good breakfast and across the street you can eat delicious food in their restaurant. In short: if you are in Den Helder, go to hotel and/or restaurant De Werf!

A really great place. Everything you need is available in the room. Air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, TV, toilet separate from bathroom. Own balcony. Quiet location but restaurants and cafes within a 3-minute walk. Free parking.And most importantly, the host and hostess were super nice and correct.

We had a delicious meal in the De Werf building opposite the hotel. This only opened 3 weeks ago. What friendly service and delicious food!Recommended!

Beautiful cozy family hotel that looks very modern. I came here for a night away and was greeted cheerfully upon arrival. It is a small family hotel with 8 rooms. It was a cozy and pleasant overnight stay, the beds slept wonderfully, there was air conditioning and heating, there was also coffee and tea in the room and the next morning a delicious breakfast with various sandwiches. In the evening I had dinner across the street, De Werf drinks&more, which is from the same owner and has the same nice ambiance. I had a delicious meal and drinks there. Definitely recommended to have something to eat there if you spend the night here. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice night away in a pleasant and neat hotel in the center of Den Helder.

Stayed here because we couldn't return to Texel. Upon arrival there was a friendly man (owner) who came to check us in. Because we were going to a festival, we were allowed to leave our belongings behind and they were placed in the room. Very nice that this was possible.The room was tidy. Very warm upon entering, luckily there was air conditioning. The room was modern and clean!Breakfast was included and fine. Unfortunately no hot things such as fried egg or bacon.All in all we had a good stay.

A small, cozy hotel that is run with a lot of love. In the middle of Den Helder, just opposite the Willemsord gastro district. The rooms are cozy, clean with air conditioning. I had room 4, there was even a small terrace. A hotel refrigerator and a safe were in the room at no extra charge. WiFi also included.There is plenty of free parking available in the nearby area of the Marine Museum.We had booked our rooms with breakfast. The breakfast is sufficient and good, but nothing special. But there is everything you need to start a beautiful day.

Cute little hotel.The rooms are very nicely decorated, with a little back to the 80's decoration such as record players, LPs, Rubik's cubes, etc. And taking a shower in the room creates a good atmosphere.Breakfast is included in the room.The staff is very friendly.

Boutique 1 is a beautiful room with a wonderful view. Very comfortable with easily controlled heating and cooling. Very well decorated and the shower is better than my one at home.The train station is less than a 10 minute walk, and the hotel is less than five minutes from the sea and restaurants.Breakfast was included and was lovely, the staff are friendly and welcoming.The record player in the room was a nice touch!

Beautiful hotel, small room but lovingly decorated and beautiful roof terrace. Slept wonderfully and will definitely do it again if we have to spend the night in Den Helder again. Had a nice breakfast with all the trimmings. TOP!!
