The hotel has very nice rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is great, nothing is missing. Very large selection. The staff is very friendly. And the girls and guys in the bar did a good job. We can recommend the hotel 100%

Stayed at the Tide Hotel for one night to see Wilhelmshaven.Was warmly welcomed and had a great room. The pool is small but nice and the hotel is really nicely decorated. The bar in the evening for cocktails and the breakfast buffet were great! We didn't miss anything. And everyone was always very friendly. We'll be back :-)

We come to WHV every year in February and October/November for work. Since we travel all over Germany, I can definitely say: Anyone who gives bad reviews and says bad things here just has personality disorders.It is the best hotel where it is alive. We book the hotel not just because of the wellness area or restaurant, but more simply because the ladies at the reception are the best. Very friendly and always smiling. I think that's why 90% of the guests come here.We found Hotel Home or Seehotel in WHV to be bad. Since we got to know Tide, we will continue to book in the future as long as nothing changes in the quality of the staff. So nice to appreciate the employees :) ...

A very solid hotel. Was there for 2 nights.Pros: nice, comfortable rooms. The beds are good.Rich breakfast with everything you need.There are enough parking spaces available.Spa area (but I personally didn't use it)Friendly staff.Cons: relatively old TVs in the room (flat but not smart)You can definitely waste some time until you have the room card at the right angle to the sensor so that the lock opens.At breakfast, many things are not labeled as to what they actually are. Maybe a little difficult for allergy sufferers and foreign guests.The location is decentralized next to the hospital, but it didn't bother me.Conclusion: Price/performance is right and that's what matters. So I can recommend it!

Wilhelmshaven alone is definitely worth a trip. We stayed at the Tide Hotel for a week with our two children (5 and 2 years old).Despite the fact that we were the only guests with children at the time, we were given a very warm welcome. Even when my son became very hungry around 10:30 p.m., the staff prepared a portion of fries for him even though the kitchen was already closed.The breakfast was always generous and very tasty. The staff was always available to answer questions and always looked after the children in a courteous and friendly manner, which is by no means a given. There were also always small gifts for the children, which they happily accepted :-)The swimming pool, although small, was fine and had a powerful counter-current system and was very well maintained. The quality and quantity of food and drinks in the hotel were also excellent. Overall, the hotel surprised us very positively and we would like to come back.

Everything was extremely exquisite. The room has a luxurious appearance and is beautifully decorated. The room has a mini fridge and safe. You get a free bottle of water in the room. Coffee and tea facilities. Free slippers. Spacious room. Neat bathroom. A bench for the suitcase. Dinner was extremely good and enough for a good price. It was not super busy in the hotel, but it was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and was replenished well in advance. You can sit outside in one of the many seating areas. Very cozy. Staff are very friendly. Definitely recommended! Also suitable for groups.

Very nice hotel. What struck me immediately was the friendliness of the staff, regardless of the area. I can recommend the restaurant 100%, great food. Breakfast also very good. What I didn't like was our room above the entrance where people smoked. That's why it smelled in our room. But next time you have to choose a room in a different direction. Still a very well run hotel.

We arrived late in the evening, unfortunately the room was not equipped with extra beds for the children as agreed. The night porter helped quickly and friendly. The hotel is great, saunas, swimming pool, beautiful garden and great breakfast. The staff are without exception helpful, friendly and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. We've been to the anchorage before without knowing it was the same management, but the feeling was the same. Again any time. By the way, the location is excellent, it's quiet and everything can be reached within 10 minutes by rental car.

This was the third visit to the Tide Hotel and it is always nice! The staff is friendly, takes their time or if you prefer to keep to yourself they also hold back. You can quickly start a conversation at the bar or in the restaurant/breakfast room. Breakfast is rich, fresh, tasty and has a good selection for vegetarians, as well as for lovers of the typical North Sea delicacies. I'm always amazed at the number of loose tea varieties, it's worth it just for such a selection. The wellness area in the basement also regularly inspires enthusiasm. Swimming pool with counter-current system!!! Mirror ceiling, 3 saunas, relaxation area and a well-equipped gym. At least during my vacation it was always quiet and not overcrowded down there. (But can also be used by out-of-house guests for an additional charge) Sauna from 5.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Swimming pool and gym 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Tide is the hotel for a sporty start to the day or a workout in the evening. Extra wellness towels and bathrobes can be picked up free of charge at reception. Where you can also get fresh apples for free.The free parking space is well maintained, as is the recently completed outdoor area with a children's playground and sun loungers. You can also have breakfast outside.The rooms are bright and cozy. A selection of tea and coffee as well as a bottle of free mineral water are available.Beach chairs inside and outside, great maritime decorations and seating areas invite you to linger.The Tide is perfect for a wellness break. Unfortunately the location is far away from the sea or the city center. If you don't want to take the bus, you should have a car with you. The motorway connection is great. Restaurants are rather rare in the area. The city park is within walking distance, as is the Nautimo Bad, 2 km away.
