Very kind staff, modern and brand new hotel, 100% clean, bicycles to rent at the hotel, free parking. The only flaw is it is a bit far from the bus stop and Hoofddorp station. However, I would happily return.

Window was broken and we were able to enjoy the planes taking off all night long while we slept.All we got here was a bed to lie awake in.

Yes the truth is coming out about this hotel. The staff and the quality of service is not even bare standard, it's just fluff talk from staff to make it seem ok. Breakfast is not worth it. Rooms are not soundproof so that is another strange comment made in early reviews unless it was done by staff/their marketing team which happens.

I had a poor experience at this hotel unfortunately.I stayed for 11 nights with breakfast.On my first night I was unable to get the room cool, this continued for the duration of the stay.I struggle to sleep in a hot roomBreakfast, well Tuesday morning it was delayed due to no staff so I had to miss it.Wednesday and Thursday was poor and I requested a refund for the remainder of my stay.This was refused, I didn’t attend for a few days, tried it once more to be greeted with cold beans and a limited selection.I won’t be staying here or considering it as an option in upcoming trips.Its location isn’t great either especially as they currently have no restaurant.

Very well structured hotel.Located outside the center, with other facilities nearby.Large, bright, quiet rooms.Very large bathroom with really good shower.Coffee available in the lobby without paying.I wasn't able to try breakfast.Helpful and competent staff.Advised.

We waited 40 minutes for the receptionist to show up for the check-in.When they showed up, they didn't even acknowledge they were late and lied about it: they said they were away for only 10 minutes in the toilet.. but they had take-out food with them!We contacted the customer service about that and they kept not acknowledging it, saying WE were late for the check-in (there is no limit in the check-in time and we notified them of our arrival time way in advance).The location is also not very convenient because it's very far from the airport and there are not good connections.Also the price is quite high compared to similar hotels we stayed nearby when traveling from/to Schiphol.Rooms are nice but that's all.

The main issue with this hotel is the location. It is quite misleading that “airport” is in the name. Yes, it is a little cheaper than the hotels you can walk to from the airport terminal, but that is made up for by the expense/difficulty of getting there. It is too far to walk (>6 km) but a taxi cost me €28! The 300 and 341 buses go to the area but not that close—still a 10-15 minute walk and you have to walk on a cycle path for quite a bit of the way. There is nothing around the hotel but office buildings—no bars or restaurants. The hotel itself is adequate. Very basic but fairly clean and quiet. The night staff was pretty incompetent—they sent me to an occupied room at first, so it took a long time to check in at 2300. Breakfast is only fair—one step above an American motel chain. In summary, this hotel is really for people who have business in Hoofsdoorp, not for travelers that need to stay close to the airport. Better to pay more for one of the hotels that are actually at the airport, or go on into Amsterdam on a train or bus.

Excellent rooms, nice beds, nice shower, soundproofing of all other rooms. Also from outside, business park, no problems. No chance to make tea/coffee in the rooms, but it could be consumed in the lobby.
