Very clean, contrary to some negative reviews. Either people are hyper-maniacal or they are never happy. The staff is very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Perfect location because close to everything. We are French and came for the marathon.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, and easily the most expensive considering its poor value for money.||I was given a ground-floor room, which meant two large windows facing the street, covered by curtains. …

Unfortunately, the hotel is already very run-down.The wallpaper in the rooms and hallways is peeling off, revealing mold underneath. The bed linen is stained and torn in places, and the room was still dirty, with dirt from previous occupants, including leftover noodles on the chair. The lamp is hanging out of its fixture and has a loose connection so it flashes the whole time. The only positive thing to say is that the location is quite central.

I was very aprehensive about staying here after reading the reviews but it is nowhere near as bad as people make out. Staff were very friendly and on hand 24/7, we were on the first floor so didn't use the lift much but it wasn't as slow as expected and we didn't hear it during the night at all.The location of the hotel is great, it's close enough to the centre to be walking distance, but far enough away to get a good nights sleep. We stayed for a week, including on a Friday and Saturday night, and slept with the window open with minimal noise issues. There are a handful of shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Was it dirty? No. Did the paint need a freshen up? Yes, but it does not affect your stay at all. The double bed was massive and SO comfortable. The room and bathroom were both decent sizes. The shower doesn't have a door or curtain so some water does go a little around the bathroom but put the mat down that they provide and be a little careful and its not an issue.Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. It's a great budget hotel and nowhere near as bad as people make out.

It looked promising in the photos. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed afterwards. Where do I start, what bothered me the most was that there was no housekeeping. We were there for 4 days, so 3 nights. During the entire time, neither the room nor the bathroom or toilet was cleaned. It was dusty everywhere. The bathroom, if you can call it that, was so small that you couldn't sit properly at the toilet. The sink protrudes quite a bit into the toilet shell and has no proper exhaust air. You have to dry off in the room after showering. This way you distribute all the water throughout the room. You have to take care of fresh towels or toilet rolls yourself. Air conditioning is also not available in the rooms (just for your information)The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Finally, I would like to say that my standards are not set very high. For example, I don't care whether the windows are cleaned or the tile joints are 100% clean, but I think there should be a minimum level of service. After all, you pay for it too. In my opinion this hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars. Everything is kept very tight. There is no lobby or anything similar. What was positive, however, was that after checking out our luggage was kept until we actually left. But still I wouldn't book this hotel again. The nearest bus stop, tram, is about 500m away

The reviews here say the rooms were damaged and of bad quality, but maybe they've renovated because the rooms were fine. Location was amazing and we visited many cool spots around.
