Rooms super small and super expensive (ADE) unlike other hotels. No storage space, dirty rooms, not maintained, hole in the ceiling, curtains falling off the wall, drug bags in the (communal) toilet. Not worth the visit.Top location in Amsterdam, that's it!

The employees and managers of this hotel will do whatever it takes to ensure you have a pleasant stay. It's quiet at night, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and rooms are cleaned thoroughly EVERY SINGLE DAY. they are the sweetest people and if you come to Amsterdam and find yourself in need of a hotel, I highly recommend booking with them. I can't thank them enough for taking care of me.

Good location, friendly staff, small rooms with windows without curtains or shutters, discreet cleanliness. During the night the alarm went off for no reason. Not too positive impression.

Aaaahhhh run away!!!I really didn't like it already to begin with the welcome was not great then, poorly marked room too small no comfort no privacy you can hear everything but really everything!!! The cleanliness really leaves something to be desired, the shared shower is not clean, my partner and I bought flip-flops for this shower because we were afraid of catching warts or other things, the toilets were not clean, and there was no space between the toilet and the door! the corridors are too narrow and not clean. The bedroom window is always open, impossible to close! The wall of the unsanitary room. The price is really very high €481 for 4 days!!!!!😡

We spent 3 nights here, the bed is great, very clean and white. The rooms are small and no longer the newest. The sanitary facilities are not particularly clean. You should take damp cloths with you. The breakfast is small but nice. The staff is very nice l. A few minutes walk to Amsterdam central and the city. Overall a good hotel. You actually only sleep here. ..... We would love to come back

Advantage: accessible 24 hours a dayDisadvantages: cleanliness to be reviewed everywhere, room that smells of ammonia, hair on the bed upon arrival, dirty shared toilets, hot shared shower.Free breakfast but we didn't eat.

A HORROR I would have preferred to sleep in my car 1000 times No hygiene bed stained with pee window non-functional, that is to say it simply does not close me and my companion fell ill unbreathable heat corpses of cigarettes through the window and the vomit stains the toilets simply disgusting I spent the worst night of my life we hear everything we smell everything and we feel everything I'm not even talking to you about the welcome we were given they gave us the room without it being cleaned If you don't have a hotel it is more preferable to sleep in your car 1000 times

Well suited for a short vacation or weekend trip. Just 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal train station. Breakfast room with a view of the Damrak. Quieter than we thought given the location. Room very small.
