Very warm welcome, room with old furniture and several defects but relatively clean overall. However, we hear everything from our room. The hotel is close to the city center on foot (20mins) and right opposite a tram station.

DO NOT go here, worst hotel without any service!Bathroom drains clogged, forced to stop after 2 minutes of shower due to risk of flooding. (Water savings?)Hair dryer stopped automatically after 1 minute, after which it did nothing for 10 minutes. (Energy savings?)

Bed bugs!!! Thought they were mosquito bites, but after a trip to the hospital after an allergic reaction, I was told they were bed bug bites by the dermatologist. I told the hotel and they told me they would close off the room and treat it, but I read another review reporting of bed bugs, so obviously they've done nothing about it. They also told me they'd give me a refund, but then ghosted me. We also couldn't close our windows all the way and had no control over the temperature of our room. Good location, but I recommend staying somewhere that doesn't have bed bugs. I'm literally and emotionally scarred.

We took a double room with a private bathroom. It was what we expected. The room had no heat but the duvet was warm, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It wasn't cold even though there was no heating, I don't know if maybe there is another type of central heating. They changed our towels the three days we slept there, and they made the bed. They have an elevator. It is close to the metro and a 20-minute walk from the center, although in the office area it is quite empty at night. Breakfast was 12.5 euros, so we didn't try it. In general it was good, although there will surely be better.

We asked to change our booking from a double to a triple three weeks before our arrival and he asked us to pay for both the double and the triple room as normal.. No willingness to serve, they are covered by no refund so no they deal with customer needs

Everything is ok except, some things are missing in the house... Glasses, plates, a support in the shower for shower gel and shampoo, and the coffee machine has pods and you don't know which ones, so no coffee... For the rest, nice and welcoming

Average hotel, a little expensive, good location, you have to walk a little, but if not you have public transport nearby. Small but correct room, they put us in a basement, a little claustrophobic. Correct for two or three nights, for more I do not recommend.

Functional and affordable hotel. The room was fine and the bed reasonable. Box spring with topper on top. The sanitary facilities were clean. Furthermore, nothing fancy. No air conditioning, but the windows can be opened. The shower has to be held by hand as there is no holder on the shower bar and the chair behind the desk has completely sagged and is about to collapse. Unfortunately, even with the windows closed, you can smell weed all day long from the joints that are smoked from half past eight in the morning. In short, the name Allure has an ironic connotation for the guests of this hotel.
