Scandal!!We dont have water in bathroom.They say to us we will fix for 2 hours but they don’t fix never 👎I don’t recommend to anyone…Stay away guys..It’s a shit.And the things very dirty and very small room for the price

Only stayed one night and booked a different hotel the next morning. The sheets smelled of cigarette smoke and there were burnt cigarette holes in the curtains. The towels also smelled horrible. The worst part was a couple at reception had claimed they had multiple things stolen from their room, the lady at reception would not show them the security film to see who went in their room. This was suspicious and weird to us so we immediately left. Although the location is good would not recommend especially if you are a female. Seemed extra unsafe for women.

The location is good (three minutes to the center), the room is clean, for ten people (there were seven of us, the room was just for us), comfortable. The staff is friendly and positive. There is a bar, billiards. There is a parking lot nearby for €60 per day.

Disastrous hotel, unsanitary, total lack of hygiene. Bedbugs, blood stains on mattresses. The hotel categorically refused to reimburse us for our hotel night. I find this shameful, we should not have to suffer from the lack of hygiene and professionalism.I think that in this complaint situation, the least we can do is find a solution and reimburse dissatisfied customers.I think the best thing for everyone would be to completely close this hotel... cleaning it from top to bottom and renovating it at the same time.

Horrible hotel, I don't recommend this dump to anyone, the mattresses are full of animals that you have to be very careful not to take home to wash your clothes or wash your clothes as quickly as possible at 60 degrees, this is a serious case, we spoke to those responsible about the problem and they show disinterest and they know very well that the mattresses are full of animals, the hotel has to be closed due to lack of conditions and hygiene and even an ALERT, AND TO CALL THE POLICE.

A horrible experience, building with no elevator and steep stairs, room and bathroom in poor condition and with bed bugs/bugs in the mattresses.I stayed with 4 friends in a room and we all ended up bitten and having adverse reactions.The receptionist, after explaining the situation and showing photos, said she couldn't do anything and that the best thing would be to complain on the website.No worries from the hotel.A shame!!I don't recommend it, even if it's free.

Economically priced hotel for its location.It is ideal for a group of friends with few pretensions, who just want to go to sleep and shower.It is an old building with very small military-style rooms.The location is almost perfect, 7 minutes from the central station, 2 minutes from the red light district, bar area, etc. in the surrounding area.Excellent economical and well located option.Acceptable cleanliness, clean towels, there was no soap in the dispensers 🫠The service is basic, the reception is basic, they give you the keys and little else.Check out at 10 am, it is not possible to leave suitcases at the hotel.

The hotel itself is in the middle of the city, that's the only good thing.The room for 3 days is ok BUTThe floor was completely dirtyToilet paper container has mold on the insideThe shower changed from hot to cold permanently.The cleaners basically just changed the trash and made up the bed with old linen.In our case, 1 piece of chips fell under the edge of the bed and we didn't put it away so we could see if it was being cleanedIn the evening, hygiene was still very important

We were 4 people and we slept in bunk beds, the hotel had no elevator, we took our suitcases up to the fourth floor, the rooms were very small and it was very hot, we couldn't sleep because of the heat. Don't come.

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was dirty, smelly and absolutely disgusting. We asked twice for their help but they still did not do anything about it. The room was still dirty: we found body hair in one of my friends bed , our sink was still unsanitary…But for them not making their job it was still a ,,midsunderstanding” saying that we asked for their help at night… even if they say the reception is open 24hours….

The person was very friendly and it is right in the center and close to the main train station. However, the room was poor. Unfortunately there is no elevator but only narrow steps and narrow stairs (very tiring to get to the 4th floor). The room was very small and stuffy for 4 people because we only had a very small window that you could only open. The room wasn't cleaned properly and tiles in the bathroom didn't look exactly clean. Wherever we were out, the cleaning staff simply went into the room and only left us towels, even though we weren't standing at the door to disturb us. There was still rubbish left in the room from previous guests and the floor was dirty. But we had a small fan that was extremely loud.

Hotel so unsanitary that we had to get an emergency refund and look for a hotel in the middle of the night! TO FLEE!!! Trash still under the beds, mold on the window seals, stains on the sheets and hair, the shower dirty to death and the toilet brush let's not talk about it! Dangerous common areas with very steep stairs, no fire extinguishers in the event of a fire to get out, it is not at all suitable in addition to sockets which have burned from the inside therefore high risk of fire!

Good price for a central location, the reason becomes clear once you get inside. Beware of what district you’re living nearby though, don’t bring your kids here. However, I wouldn’t want anyone to live here, for sanitary reasons. When we arrived, the room wasn’t clean, no sheets in the beds, punching holes in the bathroom door, and broken sink. We asked for sheet and we got them, with stains. Very steep stairs, with weed odor along the corridors. No ac, simply a loud fan.

My friend booked this as we were excited to go Amsterdam. When she sent the details over and I saw it was a 2 star hotel, I was dreading coming here! I raced to the reviews, I was so worried about coming here cause 1 review said there were bed bugs. I would like to clear this up! There were NO bed bugs. I brought my sleeping bag, pillow case, and towel with me for backup. As soon as we got here, they made us pay £70 in case tax, which I think takes the absolute mick! We had a 54 Yr old with us and asked for help with the bag, which he said no! We were on the 3rd floor, and theirs no lifted. So if you have any mobility needs, do not book this hotel. The room was clean and we had our own bath with shower that was clean but very small. The location is perfect, we couldn't complain. We drove to Amsterdam and parked in Qpark car park, they charge €60 24hours. So we arrived at Fri 9pm and left on Sunday 12pm and was charged €120 =£98 roughly, which is good. We didn't even use the car once whilst there cause everything is on ur doorstep! I'm 41 yrs old and I love 5* hotels, this place was ok.I would recommend this hotel if ur only planning a short stay! Meaning weekend. I wouldn't book this for a family with kids. It's somewhere to shower and sleep! That's it! The hallways were not loud whilst I was there, you can hear people coming up the stairs into their room, but that was normal. The hallways were reasonably clean, there wasn't any russbish n sick like other reviews said, and I was on the 3rd floor. However I did not see all the rooms.
