Slept last night in cabin 1.Well did you sleep??It's terribly noisy and it seems like elephants are walking through the hallway.The positive is the beautiful location, but you shouldn't come here to sleep.The hygiene in terms of shower and toilet leaves much to be desired. The men's toilet bowl, for example, is separate.Breakfast is simple but okay.Next time we will pay more and sleep more comfortably.The cabin could also need some renovation jobs.

It was exactly as described: the room/cabin was very small, but nonetheless we slept well with ear plugs. But you really can't expect the greatest luxury at this price and everyone should be aware of that.Two things bothered us: unfortunately there were no hooks in the room for these towels and two toilets (one each for women and men) are not enough for everyone... Otherwise everything was as expected...

I imagine we came across the worst cabin... in the basement opposite the toilets. due to the poor insulation (whether noise or smells) we didn't have a very good night's sleep. what's more, the cabin stinks of musty …

If you are looking for an unusual and friendly place to spend a night in a small cabin for the price of a dormitory bed, this is the place for you. This is my second stay on board, I tested the individual cabin and a cabin with two bunk beds. It smells a little old but the porthole opens well. The common areas are clean and the hotel is quiet. I slept well. The best place is the deck of the boat, it offers a very beautiful view of the port or the station depending on the location of the boat. I enjoyed my stay on the Vita Nova and will return.

Great price in center of Amsterdam - €50 a night. You get what you pay for, for sure. The rooms are small and there’s only 2 toilets on the bottom deck of the ship. Our neighbour must’ve had some bad Stroopwafels earlier in the day because he nuked the men’s toilet and the whole bottom deck smelled like rotten cheese and death for the rest of the night. However, the breakfast they serve in the morning is great. Definitely one of the highlights of staying here. Would stay here again if I was certain we wouldn’t be exposed to the violent stink of the bathroom below deck

They are small huts. It was noisy, but everyone adhered to the rules so it wasn't too bad. Fantastic view of Amsterdam. Good breakfast.

Absolutely lovely location and staff. Breakfast is decent. We actually really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were small but we made it work. The bathrooms are also decent, and there’s one charging socket in each room. You can hear your neighbors but it wasn’t a big problem for us. The views are lovely. It’s also a great opportunity to make friends with other tourists. I would recommend this to any friend group that wants to experience something different and fun. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Not recommendable.But at least it's better than sleeping on the street.Our room on the boat was very small and the furnishings were outdated. Nothing has been invested since time immemorial. There is no private toilet or shower in the cabin. In the hallway you can share the toilet and shower with other guests. There is an extreme smell of urine in the hallway. The facility is rather broken. The cabins are recommended for backpackers and definitely not for more than one night. The rooms are very noisy.The only star is for the breakfast. At least they didn't skimp on quality there.It's better to invest a little more and get more comfort and cleanliness.There's definitely nothing romantic about it.

Pitiful welcome.Raphaël wanted to show his teeth to impose his style in front of a group of 40-year-old guys. That doesn't mean you have to talk to people that way. We're not kids. He reiterated on the weekend for no reason. Which led to him being sent to prison.Correct rooms.Cramped shower room with inefficient drain which almost drowned the corridor.Relative toilet cleanliness.Basic breakfast.Very good location for access to the central station, red light district, city center.Raphaël nice in the morning, execrable the rest. No one has spoken to me like that in my life except those who took one. Damage.

Incredible accommodation on the Rio pier, a new experience if you are looking for a new place that is out of the ordinary for hotels, it is worth staying here and experiencing this new way of staying in the region, super polite and attentive staff and the value is super in Overall, highly recommended, I would definitely go back.

This was such a vibe to live here for 5 nights. I can say that everything was very comfortable and I loved the free breakfast. Location is very nice (but the boat is moving quite often, so there is a chance that you can go sailing while having a breakfast. For this price - it’s perfect.😃

Room away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, obviously small as it is a cabin. I appreciated the sink in the room, while I only used the shared bathrooms to pee... Staying only one night like me and it being spring I could have avoided the shower, anyone who stays for more nights will definitely have to do it, I personally don't think I would have been comfortable to use a floor shower, not even having slippers to use on your feet. However, a shared hairdryer was available. Breakfast included, good and varied, cutlery and glasses were always available so you could dine in the common room with your own food. Wifi in the common room. Pleasant atmosphere, I don't think I would go back because I prefer a traditional hotel, but considering the prices in Amsterdam the solution of staying on a boat in this case is excellent both for the price and the location
