Flee this dilapidated and dangerous place for your health. We came as a family with 2 babies aged 20 months and we found human excrement in the showers perhaps coming from the floor above. Our babies started vomiting. Hotel pipes completely blocked, placing this hotel in questionable hygiene. In addition, spiders and cockroaches will accompany your night. After 2 days of masquerade and silence from the reception, we cut our stay short. To top it off, one of our babies had sore mouth. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! No commercial gesture offered

We stayed as a family with babies. There were 5 of us, and when I arrived at this hotel, I realized that Stewart does not answer questions from women, and prefers to speak only to men.Once you arrive in our very small rooms, you can smell a suspicious smell. The quality of cleanliness is poor, the wardrobe remains on!We had to leave after two days, because human excrement was being seen in the Photos and supporting videos.I cried because my innocent 20 month old babies had time to play in the shower. This was the worst hotel of my entire life.We reported the problem, the only immediate response from reception was that a technician would come and resolve the problem at 10:30 a.m.We left the hotel and it was only when we handed over the keys that they wanted to give us another room, but seeing that these lifts were also done in the breakfast room, we did not procrastinated, and left.1 star is too much for this place.

We booked for 4 days and checked out right after the first night at 7:30 in the morning. The hotel is a complete disgrace. An incompetent lady at reception, speaking in unintelligible English (or whatever), who was unable to explain the parking options to us and others. The room is completely unacceptable. Wallpaper is coming off the walls, curtains are moldy, sockets are not firmly installed and use is questionable, cleanliness is not evident. But the pungent smell of potheads throughout the entire floor is unbearable, despite several signs prohibiting smoking.Never again!

Great Atmosphere, But Disappointing Rooms. The Amadi Panorama Hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, but my experience was marred by cleanliness and room size issues. We booked two rooms last month, and they were smaller than what was depicted in the photos. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was subpar; one bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the shower had drainage issues with water blockage. On a positive note, the customer service was good, but the hotel administration needs to prioritize maintaining hygienic and clean rooms. Overall, I was disappointed and hope to see improvements in the future.

The hotel itself is not that bad, large room, a nice view of the harbour (too bad about the ongoing construction site), and a pretty good breakfast. …

We choose to stay her for our trip to Amsterdam. The place isnt too far from the city centre with both bus and trams stop really close by. The general area was quiet. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel was spotless clean and our view was lovely.Only 2 things going against it we wouldnt be staying out all night but we do like to go back to the hotel bar for a drink before bed but they dont have a bar. Also up to about 5 -6 hours AFTER checking in we were still getting emails that if we dont check in and pay our booking would be cancelled.

I would like to report on my stay at this hotel in Amsterdam, which unfortunately was anything but positive. The hotel is only on the upper floors, the 7th and 8th floors, and the layout of the rooms is very strange and inconvenient. To my utter annoyance, I found cockroaches in my room, even in the telephone, which is simply unacceptable. Despite repeated complaints to the reception, nothing happened - the staff did not respond and seemed uninterested. In addition, the room was extremely noisy, which made the stay even more unpleasant. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. There was a fridge in the minibar with a bottle of water that had obviously been used several times by previous guests.Unfortunately, the staff was unfriendly and often busy with their cell phones, so I as a guest did not receive adequate attention. Overall, my stay at the hotel was very unsatisfactory and I cannot recommend it.I would like to share my experience at this hotel in Amsterdam, which was unfortunately far from positive.
