For this price (+50 euro caucion) is shameless. The room was small like a mouse hole. If it really s.o.s for 1 person, acceptable, but I don't recommend it!

Nothing extraordinary but does a very good job of sleeping, our garden side room was quiet and clean even if the hotel is not very young. We are in town in 15 minutes on foot.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!This is the sister hotel of where we stayed and it is just as bad! Don’t even check in because as soon as you do your stay isn’t refundable no matter what the experience you have. The hotel is extremely dirty and the rooms are horrendous. People smoking cigarettes and weed inside the hotel and the smell of the room are disgusting. Stains all over the carpets and walls. The mattress was stained. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was poo stains in the toilet from the previous stay. The door on our room also wouldn’t lock making us feel extremely unsafe. When we went to receptionist to cancel the rest of the stay she was extremely dismissive and rude. She advised we could stay in another room and when we explained no because it wasn’t just the room which was an issue she refused to refund us. I tried to show her a video I had taken of the hotel and the room but she ignored me and advised she would call me the police if I didn’t leave.

I booked a room at the Aston City Hotel, with check-in handled by the Blossom City Hotel. The room I was given had a strong, unpleasant odor. Although the website advertised free Wi-Fi, there was no internet connection available in either the rooms or public areas of the Aston City Hotel. When I raised this issue, the reception staff told me the only solution was to use the Wi-Fi in the public area of the Blossom City Hotel, which is 50 meters away. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in a 3-bed room with a full sink.The room was comfortable and correct, it had a window, it was clean and it had a double wardrobe.The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with everything.On the main floor there were tables, a vending machine, a coffee maker, a microwave and a refrigerator that allowed you to have breakfast or dinner with something you brought from outside.The day we were leaving they let us leave our suitcases until noon so we could take a weightless tour and take advantage of the morning without carrying so much weight.It is very well located, next to the Heineken, the museum area, the Vondelpark, right in front you can book the river cruise through the canals and the Leidseplein area full of restaurants and nightlife.It is also close to transportation (tram and metro).In about 100 meters there was a supermarket.

Good service, good price compared to other hotels, comfortable bed, tranquility, metro and train station 2 minutes away, the hotel is located next to the Heineken factory, supermarket and restaurants nearby!

The girl at the reception is very kind and helpful. The only other positive note of this hotel is the location, everything else needs to be covered in a pitiful way: the room was already dirty when we arrived, really very small with difficulty moving around inside (and there were 2 of us to a room for 2), Fixtures with cold wind drafts, very uncomfortable mattress and pillows and they were also dirty under the sheet cover. Very short mattress cover, it was clearly not the right size, so much so that more than once during the night we woke up directly on the mattress. But the worst happened yesterday, when during the night other guests bothered us, banging loudly on the door and shouting, and the reception did not intervene until the following morning with the police. I think that in addition to apologizing, we deserved a refund since we didn't sleep a wink. And this type of situation should immediately take action by checking the cameras. I sincerely hope you work on this feedback because if you continue like this you will be out of business in a few years. We can no longer accept such a standard.
