Incredibly friendly welcome, the (originally Iranian) lady was very attentive and friendly. A good reception immediately determines the first experience. The hotel is a bit remote in Hoofddorp, but that does not detract from the hotel. Nice business hotel with excellent rooms, wonderful bed. Sanitary clean and fresh. Own coffee/tea facility. Breakfast is fine, wide range. All in all a success and highly recommended, not only if you are flying but also as a hotel if you are visiting Amsterdam for a weekend; train station is very close.

This restaurant was way off course.Before I got a drink at the bar I asked at the front if I needed to make a reservation and they said, "no sir", come on in. Furthermore, when I took a table, nothing was mentioned of any large group and potential wait time.I waited nearly an hour for my entree due to a big group. It eventually came along with the main course at the same time! I was pretty shocked and had to ask if this was the norm in the Netherlands. I sent the main back...come on, who wants to gobble down their entree so as not to have a cold main?The waitress then bought the main back out and tried to convince me to take it under the premise of a free dessert. I refused. She then full-on tried to argue with me that it wasn't their fault! She then said the chef would remake the main, but by this time I was way over it.This was amateur hour at its finest. I look forward to the GM trying to defend this major screw up.

Nice place for stay if you need to take a flight from Amsterdam. 5mins walk to train station and take train to Amsterdam / airport is very convenient
The hotel stayed in a farm field which make it quite ans with good view, just not a lot to eat nearby

I spent one night there because my flight arrived at night. Am very satisfied. Clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, pleasant room smell. With a window also very quiet.Checking out the next day at 12:00 was also a pleasant time.For 85, - one of the cheapest I could find in the airport area.I can recommend it if you have to spend a night or two at the airport and would book it again.

DisappointingHotel in the middle of nowhere, but you can hear the trains going by (pleasant night's sleep, not)Check in, you wanted to have paid for the room again.Only after a phone call was it “waived”Seems very dubious.Since you are in the middle of nowhere, there is nothing (no shops or anything else)Rooms are very noisy, you can hear people in the hallway and every door closing.The heating/air conditioning is controlled centrally, so the room stays cold.And an absolute no-go, mold in the bathroom (photo)Conclusion: I do not recommend it and will not use it again.

Good hotel with a warm atmosphere, close to the Central station.The room looked neat and tidy. Employees were helpful and friendly. The only disadvantage I find is that there is paid parking on a part that belongs to the hotel.

The staff are great and welcome you with a smile. The hotel is clean, modern and has a bar and restaurant. I had a problem with TV remote control, rang the reception and 5 minutes later turned up to resolve. |If I need to stay near Schiphol Airport this is the place I would stay in the future..

Never experienced anything like this before… Hotel built but not adapted and connected to public roads and navigation systems. According to Google Maps, the path lay through a field road that was blocked off with concrete blocks at the end. Even though you could see the hotel, it took me 40 minutes and 40 km to drive around. Not for the faint of heart... Never again. Hotel stands alone in the commercial area… nothing going on far and wide…
