Nice hotel with a great breakfast terrace in beautiful Norderney. Thanks to his warm and open manner, owner St. Schnieder immediately made us feel welcome ❤️. He and his employees always had a kind word or good excursion recommendations.The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied.We felt very comfortable in the Künstlerhaus for 5 days and would come back at any time.

Very good hotel, everything was very good from A-Z.The hotel is very centrally located, has very nice and clean rooms and the staff was also very accommodating and took perfect care of me as a guest.Only recommended.

Location is top in the middle of everything. Unfortunately no common space to chill out, very outdated furnitures in the room and overall it is overpriced. There is no room service and cleaning unless you demand exactly what the cleaning lady should do. The front desk is occupied but don't expect any service such as carrying luggage or calling a taxi. This is your last inflated priced resort. Sorry to say.

A great hotel with great service. Our every wish was fulfilled. It is located in the center and just a few steps to the beach. The rooms and the entire hotel are very clean and there is a lot of love put into them. Great pictures and details in the breakfast room.The breakfast was good, everything was fresh, the rolls and the coffee were very tasty.Our conclusion: we will definitely come back.Thank you for the lovely days in your great hotel.Greetings Aggi and Kay Böhm

We booked the hotel with a dog due to the lack of other free accommodation options. I think 161 € per night is quite steep (long weekend in July).The room is quite small overall, but sufficient.Compared to the last hotel 2 years ago, the room is half as small, almost twice as expensive and the price doesn't even include breakfast.Otherwise clearly disappointed with the price-performance ratio.Bed linen only reasonably clean, old pink toothpaste stains behind the door and stains on the tiles, as well as e.g. T. moldy joints in the shower.Given the price, I actually expected a little more...Unfortunately, the lady at the reception was generally not very committed and accommodating.The location is positive!

The hotel has a low but sufficient standard of facilities and maintenance. That's very basic. The hygiene is sufficient but by no means great.Service is partial. The young man at reception did not invent friendliness. His colleague in the breakfast kitchen, on the other hand, was quite nice.The breakfast is ok, but not worth the price.But the prices are high and absolutely excessive.Conclusion: OK but way too expensive.
