A small hotel in the very best location. The rooms are tastefully and high quality furnished. Our sea view room was fantastic. It's all very clean and stylish and quiet! The Gute Stube restaurant can only be recommended. The ambience and good food in perfect combination with the extremely friendly service staff guarantee a special evening. Breakfast there can also be enjoyed in an extremely quiet atmosphere. Even from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The selection is completely sufficient.We had a nice short vacation.

Great boutique hotel in the immediate vicinity of the water. The location is great, breakfast is great and the in-house restaurant also offers delicious delicacies. I'd love to come back.

Yesterday we went to Norderney for two mother-daughter days and stayed at Villa Breeksee. The hotel is really super beautiful, very well furnished with an absolute feel-good character. What particularly struck me, which I have often experienced differently in other hotels, was that the craftsmanship here was very clean.The hotel has a great location, only about 200 m from the milk bar. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and of good quality. We felt completely comfortable and would come back at any time.

Small hotel right on the dike on Norderney. Very friendly staff, very nice rooms. Breakfast was very rich in the parlor. Everything is within easy walking distance.

Greatly furnished room with a fantastic view of the sea, very clean - small but nice! The breakfast buffet in the appealing ambience in the Gute Stube restaurant is not overloaded, but completely sufficient and tasty. The service staff is very friendly and attentive. All in all, highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

Everything was top notch. But the room and also the bathroom are very small. Anyone who is a little “more” has problems in the bathroom. Otherwise great. The breakfast was also great

Great location, modern room and quiet!Check-in takes place via Hotrl Meersburg, I was offered the opportunity to use the swimming pool there. Breakfast is served in the lounge, which is also the entrance to the hotel rooms, which can easily be overlooked. There are a few steps to climb here as the entrance is on the raised floor.The only thing that would be desirable would be a milk alternative such as laktofree or oat milk for breakfast for coffee and a kettle in the room.Rooms are very clean and modern to feel comfortable. Small but nice!Absolutely recommended!

The rooms were very small, especially the bathroom was practically unusable. Not particularly clean carpet. Room service came knocking at 8am when I forgot to put the sign out the first night. The breakfast was very simple, apart from the selection of fruits there was nothing for me. Registration and reception is a bit complicated because you have to register in another house/hotel. Only the location is good.

The reception is in a diagonally opposite "Hotel Meeresburg". There you will find the room card and everything you need.Any bicycles you may have brought with you should also be parked there in front of the Hotel Meeresburg and under no circumstances!! at Villa Breeksee.....they react a bit sensitively....The accommodation is perfectly located directly on the North Sea beach. It's just a 1-2 minute walk and you're standing in the water (at high tide 😉)The rooms are impeccably and romantically decorated. We were in the top floor with an unobstructed view of the sea.The hotel is NOT barrier-free. There are 7 steps to overcome in the entrance area, after which each floor can be reached by elevator.Bringing a dog 🐕 wasn't a problem here either. However, it was forbidden in the dining area, which is perfectly fineIn front of the hotel there is a meadow for walking the dog. There are also bag dispensers for the animals' leftoversavailable.

A spartan, small room with complicated handling, the reception is in another building and you are promptly kicked out by housekeeping at ten o'clock. Only the breakfast was worth it, the location is relatively central. The price is far too high

Very tastefully furnished, clean rooms. Beds are partly... very soft, I removed the topper and it was comfortable.Great breakfast buffet and very nice, courteous staff. Great location, right by the sea and downtown.
