Sorry for the term but the room was completely disgusting!Big mark on the side of the bed on the carpet to make you wonder if it was vomit or something else, dark fabric chair immaculate with white stains accompanied by a dirty smell in the room!We had paid for two nights in this shabby hotel where we ended up only staying for 5 minutes. Seeing the room and looking at the reviews which stated that there were bedbugs in the rooms (no wonder) we took another hotel.Of course and not even a refund for the breakfasts even though they noted our rib for a refund for the breakfasts!In addition to having a dirty hotel, they are dishonest.... don't hesitate to scroll through the reviews because the last ones are very nice compared to reality, we should have done it before!

At first glance it's a pretty cute hotel, but it's right on a main road and flight path. Very loud at times. Especially on Saturdays there is aircraft noise every 2-5 minutes. Windows are not insulated, single glazing 🥴, you can hear every word spoken on the street even with the window closed (as long as you know the language). Breakfast is nothing special, but ok. The sink is in the middle of the room, which was very unusual for us. Cleanliness: it could definitely be cleaner and the mold and dirt could be removed from the joints in the bathroom. There are mold stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and spots from dead mosquitoes all over the room.

BEDBUGS/BEDBUGSThe hotel is infested with bedbugs, I have to clean all my clothes and backpacks now as well as a few bites, staff denied a refund and instead offered a room upgrade, when I asked what guarantees I had that the new room didn't also have bedbugs, the staff told me “it's a problem in all rooms but we are working on it”The hotel is infested with bedbugs, now I have to clean all my clothes and backpacks, in addition to several bites that I have received, the lady at the reception denied me a refund and told me that I could only change rooms. When I asked him what guarantees there were that this new room would not have bedbugs, he replied that “it is a problem in all the rooms in the hotel but we are working on it.”

Unfortunately we had bed bugs! We complained about it and they promised to take care of it. My rating therefore does not take this into account.The hotel hotel is a good 25 minutes away from Amsterdam city center. I assume most people stay here not for Amsterdam, but for the beautiful area, so I give the location full marks.There are parking spaces directly at the hotel

Rooms were not fully clean and there are hidden fees on arrival that were not mentioned before we got there. Not a nice way to start a trip. Not a bad area but a 30min walk from a bus route to a bus station to then get another bus to the centre of Amsterdam. Cheap rate but that makes sense on arrival and you'd be better spending more and staying in the centre of the dam to avoid the travel time on the daily.

Despicable.Arrived for a late check in. Rented a room for 3 nights. Not 24 hours have passed they re-rented our room, provided no refund and didn’t let us stay in the room paid for.Pathetic.

The worst hotel that I have ever stayed. Bedbugs in the beds. I booked 3 nights but stayed 2 nights after detecting Bedbugs. Within 2 nights, my skin was like mosquito bite look. I advised the receptionist to inform the management to fumigate the room. I paid £100 to a dermatologist for a cream to use. Worst hotel is blue mansion hotel.

A beautiful, pleasant hotel but a few things to improve.We had booked for 3 nights to visit Amsterdam.There is parking behind but it is small!BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT TO GO TO AMSTERDAM THE BUSES ARE PAYABLE OUTSIDE OF THE GVB PASSA bus stop is a 7-minute walk away (Machineweg).Small problem in our room, the French window was broken and no longer closed. Following the report, the manager took my nightstand to prop it up in order to block it. Being on the ground floor we did not feel safe but it is true that the place itself is quiet. A repairman was supposed to come and repair the window the same day, but was not available. The next morning he was supposed to come, but he didn't come. In the evening we asked for explanations and the technician had a car accident. So forgiven because it was unintentional, it was after 2 nights with the window ajar that it was repaired.Being close to an airport, planes start taking off around 9-10 a.m. at very regular intervals. So good hotel for dormitory to visit, no lying in because of the noise.The restaurant and bar offers fairly classic choices, but not bad ones.What really raises the score: the friendliness of the owners, their helpfulness and their sympathy.In our discovery setting, the hotel completely satisfied us.

Super friendly welcome by spontaneous employee. Was immediately greeted enthusiastically. Got an upgrade.Nespresso machine malfunctioned and after I reported this I was immediately offered coffee from the bar.Small terrace at the front of the hotel. On a main road.Supermarket 5 minutes walk.There was no one else in the restaurant in the evening, so I went to the other side. Had a lovely meal (and studied) on the terrace thereSlept wonderfully.Breakfast was simple but fine. Once again enthusiastic and interested employees.
