A great house: plenty of space even for larger groups, a beautiful garden with two barbecues, and a veranda with a lounge. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The location is also great - close to the city center, the train station and the outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance, but still very quiet. In addition, there is top communication with the extremely friendly landlord!

We stayed at the accommodation with seven people from the Munich Novel Workshop to write for two days and were absolutely thrilled. More than enough space, very clean, everything you need on site, very easy to reach, two verandas, beautiful garden and great communication with the host. We'd love to come back if we're allowed.

A great house in a quiet location for large groups. We were with 12 friends and a few children, it worked great. The landlord is extremely friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that the lounge had no door and no couch. But that's easy to cope with when the weather is good.

Beautiful holiday apartment (Rheingold)! Really well decorated. Everything you would otherwise need in everyday life was there. The bed was very comfortable (no lumpy mattresses, just nice and firm), the whole apartment was really clean. The only note: a few hooks in the bathroom to hang up the shower towels would be nice :)I can really recommend this apartment - great!

The communication with the landlord was very friendly! Our request was responded to immediately and “special requests” were dealt with easily! Tip top!The apartment was as described, clean and well equipped - even with coffee pods 👍!The apartment is in a quiet area and in 10-15 minutes on foot you can be in the old town or the train station.We liked it and would take a short trip to Schwabach again!

The house offered a lot of possibilities. Cooking, grilling, getting together and playing in the garden. It was very clean and the rooms were inviting. The service was great!! Questions were answered straight away and help was given straight away, great!

The accommodation was super comfortable and spacious. Both the kitchen invited many people to cook, as well as eating outside in the garden. We felt really comfortable, also because Stefan was a really nice host.

Simply dreamy apartments!!! We were a team of 10 young students, we all felt very comfortable. It's a nice house in a quiet area. We had a lovely breakfast in the garden every morning! Was a great week!! Thank you

We are very satisfied with our accommodation and the help from Mr. Reich Stefan. We booked this apartment at very short notice and said we were waiting because we couldn't find accommodation. But Mr. Reich was very helpful. The apartment is 15 minutes from Nuremberg. We can always reach all sights by train, subway and bus. The apartments are clean, comfortable and bright. For me it is important that children have all the space they need, as Mr Reich has provided a spare bed.

We felt very comfortable as a group. The rooms are functional and very clean as is the entire house. The usable garden area was beautiful for grilling and chilling. The wonderful property is a 10-minute walk from the city center. Our dog felt very comfortable in the garden. The landlord is, as already mentioned many times, super nice! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

The house offers plenty of space for all guests. The barbecue area in the rear garden and the terrace at the front invite you to sit together comfortably.The rooms offer plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. Almost like in a hotel.
