Stayed for 5 nights in October 2024. Room was incredibly clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast each morning was superb and I liked that there were snacks and drinks available for purchase any time. The free water with reminder to hydrate at the front desk was something I took advantage of often. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when it came to directions to nearby stores and restaurants or just simple guide to getting to the train station. Hotel is about 10 minutes walking from the Hoofddorp train station and busses so pretty easy to get around. There is a park nearby just NW behind the hotel where you can relax and explore with the Hoofddorp city center just another few minutes walk from there. There is currently a lot of construction in the area so access is a little bit limited but the place was still easy to find. Would definitely like to stay again soon on the next trip to Amsterdam.

The visit was delightful because of the accommodations but also the staff is exceptional. The breakfast buffet is the best Yohana, Aga and Justyna’s service was exceptional making a delightful experience which I have never experienced in a hotel of your brand.

Good little hotel close to the airport. Had two single beds not a double and only boiled eggs for the hot option for breakfast other wise would have review higher. Very close to the town centre so lots of options for food at night.

Close proximity to the airport (one train stop to Hoofddorp) while still being good value. A nice quiet room with an attention to detail. Everything worked and have no complaints. Will be staying there again when I have another flight from Schipol.

The welcoming staff were very friendly and helpful in particular, Zariya!|Our accommodation was clean and modern.|The breakfast provided was great. There are no close restaurants but the hotel and a local restaurant have joined to offer a free shuttle to two restaurant options.

We chose this hotel as it is "close to" the airport. Be aware it was 39 euros to get from the airport to the hotel and 32 euros to return to the airport. We had neglected to ask about a shuttle service, which they do not provide. …

This is the worst IHG-affiliated hotel I have ever stayed in. There are no slippers, no toothpaste and toothbrushes. They told me that the supplies were finished for the day. I asked when they would replenish them and they said they didn’t know... I stayed here for two days, two days in a row. None. The next day, there was a sign indicating room cleaning at the door of the room, but no one came to clean it. I have to write an email to the ihg official to complain about the service of this hotel. It is simply terrible.
