After the first few days it must be noted that this hotel does not offer 4**** star quality. The rooms and bathrooms need to be more hygienic. The soap dispensers and hair dryers are getting old. There are no box spring beds for the increased price. We have had joint and neck pain since yesterday. You're probably saving on the wrong things here. The hotel's parking spaces are subject to a charge (€15 per day). Compared to car parks and parking spaces in the center of Amsterdam (€7.50 an hour), it's small, but still outrageous.Never again. The connection to the motorway is good. But beyond that it doesn't offer much. Only the location is quiet, even if it is surrounded by new residential buildings.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. The rooms were terribly dirty. Used bed sheets and deposit. Fraud money. Simply pocketed

The room looked ok at first and the beds were big. The Afas and also the train can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The worst hotel I've been to in my life. I came for a concert. Our room was not clean and we ended the evening finding bedbugs. When we were moved to a different room, we were literally put in a horrible room with cracks on the walls, etc., truly horrible rooms, what a nightmare!

Enough reviewers mention a lack of cleanliness that it hardly feels worth echoing. But the floor was STICKY. It was discolored and clearly dirty from a mystery fluid. But the worst part about this room is that you go to a hotel to sleep. So you'd like it to be quiet and dark. This room was neither. The ventilation kicked on at 10pm and stayed on all night while sounding like five washing machines in centrifuge in the middle of the room. It never stopped for a second the entire night. It randomly clanked and popped and crackled and made it impossible to tune out.The bathroom wall was also thin glass with no night light, so any time my partner had to go to the bathroom the entire room was brightly lit up.They advertise a very large flat screen on the site, but I've genuinely never seen a TV so small. The bathtub was huge, though! Except the water was barely warm when it came out of the faucet and with the surface area of the bath within just minutes the bath was cold, so much for relaxing.I've had better stays in 1 star 40 euro hotels than this place.Would not recommend going here.

Good hotel with clean rooms, nice staff and good location near the Arena region. The breakfast is rather steep at 17 euros, but otherwise the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. There is also a fitness room. Overall, a recommendable hotel.
