This place is brilllant. Second time back and it’s spotless, amazing view with full length windows, quiet, secure carpark.Bedsheets and towels very fresh. It’s a 1 bedroom apartment size and is a very modern build probably 550sqft or so, plenty spacious. Washing machine included, large dining table, 2x large flat screen tv.They don’t provide shampoo/soap though so do bring your own.

The hotel was beautiful. The first night we arrived, we were greeted by the Turkish receptionist. He was very nice, the cleanliness was high, and it was equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron, and all the utensils. Everything was clean and completely satisfactory. God willing, I will return.

Lovely place and would have given it 5 stars if the staff were so rude and dishonest. We accidentally left our expensive jackets in the drying cupboard after staying a week and when we called to ask for them to be shipped to us at our own expense we were told well we’re wrong about leaving them (which we weren’t) and called liars. The manager was very rude, refused to believe us or look for our jackets. Needless to say I would never stay here again as god knows what else would go ‘missing’. A really disappointing experience.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Garmisch! The apartment was spacious, so modern, very clean, and had an amazing view of the mountains. The service and hospitality were great, the front office is so friendly and accommodating. Location was great being right next to the train station, a short walk to main Garmisch and other areas of town, grocery store was super close. It was great to be able to do laundry here as well. Would easily stay here again!

A nice, spotlessly clean apartment in a great location (the apartments look directly onto the train station, but fear not - the soundproofing in the balcony doors is excellent and anyway the trains move slowly in and out of the station). We only had a couple of reservations about the room. The sofa is a sofa bed, and therefore not very comfortable to sit on, and also the room was a smoking room (check if any of the rooms are classed as non-smoking). But great place for easy access to the trains and therefore the main cable cars. Staff welcome was very warm and friendly and service is very efficient.

We had a very pleasant stay at the beginning of February. The apartments are very clean and stylishly furnished. The location is great. Right next to the train stations and you don't hear anything. You have everything you need and every detail has been thought of. Even baking paper is available. The staff is very friendly. Thank you again for the postcards & warm greetings from Nuremberg!

We just spent three nights (3 sept - 6 sept) at a 2 bedroom Moun10 apartment (apartment 26). From the first contact to booking and subsequent arrival at the apartment, the experience was top notch.Ibraheem who checked us in was very professional, helpful and cheerful . He explained to us how to get around to the places we wanted to visit, and took us to the apartment and went through the ins and outs of the appliances of the apartment. The apartment is like a home , well equipped , spacious , very clean and comfortable, with all the mod cons.We love how comfortable and homely the place is.The apartment is in a fantastic location and we hardly notice the train station at all. The view to the mountains is very soothing. The location is excellent with the train station and bus station within a very short walking distance.We also like to thank the gentleman at reception on the morning we checked out. He was very helpful and kind and help us called a hotel in Nuremberg.We hope to come back to Gismarch again and would definitely be staying at Moun10 again.

Very excellent apartments. The rooms are excellent and clean. The location is very close to the center and is serviced with everything. The staff is very friendly, especially the very kind brother Ibrahim Al-Turki. He was very kind and helpful and explained to us everything we needed about the area and its activities.

The location of the hotel is good.. There is a café for breakfast very close by and delicious.. There is a washing machine.. There is no bidet in the bathrooms.. The reception team is very cheerful, especially Spina.. They are interested in communicating with customers and answering calls or once-up.. Very excellent service.. They provide Cooling fans upon request.. There is an ironing board with an iron..👍🏼

The apartment is excellent. Parking is available close to the center. It has a washing machine with a hot dryer. It has an ironing board, an iron, and a dishwasher. Complete kitchen utensils... Negatives: Noisy. There is no air conditioning. We are forced to open the window and disturb people because the bar is very close. Until 2-3 in the morning, it becomes quiet and no noise comes back. People worked at 6 in the morning, even though it was next to the train, but the train did not disturb me at all because there was no train at night, but the problem was the noise of people in the street at the end of the night...

Elegant and elegant apartments with a beautiful view, consisting of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom, as in the picturesThe sofa turns into a bed with complete kitchen utensilsVery close to Qarmesh Center, 5 minutes on footThe reception team is very nice, cheerful and helpfulThere is no daily cleaning, no air conditioning, no bidet or shampoo. The train is somewhat noisy. It passes about every half an hour but stops in the evening.

A very comfortable place to stay, clean and easy to enter and exitClose to the center, about a 7-minute walk, and the people who work in the place are very knowledgeable, especially the Turkish Caesar, who is not normal. He is cooperative and polite, and he provides you with everything you want. Frankly, he never failed me at all, and he was very, very helpful.The place is nice for families and anyone who wants to feel comfortable interacting with me, I highly recommend it
