Very nice old house with a great location by the lake. The beds are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is ok too. Unfortunately there are a lot of little things, such as loose tiles, cracks in the wall, broken cupboard doors, wobbly door handles. etc. that should be done. Unfortunately, breakfast is not in buffet form and only from 8:30 a.m. All in all ok but showing its days.

We wanted to stop there yesterday during a hike and unfortunately found out that it was the company holidays. As we were already leaving, the door was opened and the friendly owner invited us in anyway and served us cool drinks on the terrace. He said he was just there anyway and it didn't bother him. This surprised us so positively and we will definitely go out for a nice meal there once it reopens. Especially since the catering industry is also struggling quite a bit.

The journey can make you wonder at first whether you might have gotten lost. If you don't let yourself be deterred and leave the commercial area on the other side, you will find the hotel. It is in a very quiet location in the countryside. There are enough parking spaces available. The terrace or beer garden are very nice. It is only a short walk to the beautiful little lake with a small sandy beach. In the house by the lake you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Always worth a visit 👍

Super nice innkeeper, food great, rooms a little older but still in good condition. Breakfast available from 6 a.m. Went on vacation for 6 days and I don't understand the negative reviews. Jealous!!! Or?

Always niceStaying overnight in a 'house by the lake' (unfortunately far too rare)Ideal for business travelers.The peace and quiet there is wonderful and the rooms are extremely comfortable.No - not a luxury hotel.No room service.No wellness oasis in the basement and there is no 10 m breakfast buffet in the morning.But very comfortable.I hope that the 'HAUS AM SEE', under the direction of Mr. Kostinski, will be around for a long time.Greetings from Nuremberg😉👍

Very nice service. The latte macchiato was exactly how we liked it. There was also a piece of delicious apple pie and ice cream for the children. The location by the lake is wonderful. Some of the terrace tables urgently need to be replaced.

We felt very comfortable in the hotel by the lake.From check-in to check-out everything was just wonderful.A warm host and excellent cook.The food and breakfast were brilliant.The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed.We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.A big thank you to the boss and his team.

The complex is beautifully located directly on the lake, but is very outdated, minimal facilities, tattered bed linen, tiny bathroom. Breakfast was only offered from 9 a.m.
