We were there for dinner with 3 people. The service was super nice and quick. Drinks came quickly.Our order:1 schnitzel Viennese style with grilled vegetables1 Cordon Bleu with paprika sauce and croquettes1 Cordon Bleu with paprika sauce and fried potatoes2 wine, 1 wheat beer and a small colaThe food was first class and beautifully presented. The taste was excellent and everything was hot. Schnitzel very tender and tasty. The pepper sauce was super good and the portions are perfect.We paid €65.10 with drinks, which I found to be very reasonable considering the quality (almost too cheap). We will definitely come back. Of course it's all just a personal feeling, so go and try it out.I can't say anything about the rooms and other facilities.

They still exist, the inns where you can eat well at reasonable prices. The Landgasthaus Wesseloh is clearly one of them and therefore stands out from its competitors in the region around and in the nature reserve. The Viennese-style schnitzel, fried in butter and not deep-fried, for €16.00, of sufficient size and quality, with plenty of side dishes, is clearly differentiated by the price. You pay twice as much in neighboring restaurants.The Heidjer plate with fried potatoes is probably the dish that makes every Heidjer happy, but also guests from Hamburg or Hanover. Because there was nothing objectionable about this dish either. All the ingredients were prepared very tasty and of good quality and were also served in a very friendly manner.Today we will stop at the Landgasthof Wesseloh again and look forward to a down-to-earth, honest, tasty dinner.Anyone who has hiked in the beautiful area around Schneverdingen, is hungry and wants to satisfy their hunger at affordable prices should stop at the country inn in Wesseloh.

Recommended for traditional meat dishes! A typical German village mug with its ambience. But when it comes to other dishes it is not suitable. The vegetable curry was similar to a frozen mixture and the sandwiches weren't worth it either. The service was nice but not particularly good.

Really great restaurant in the middle of the forest where hedgehogs and rabbits say good night. Service was great, the food was excellent. We will definitely eat there again.
