Our experiences were good! The rooms are large, clean and well furnished. Breakfast was a rich and varied buffet. And, although located directly on the main road, the rooms were very quiet. You can easily get to Buxtehude, Stade, the Altes Land or Harburg.If you want to stay cheaply and don't expect hotel luxury (pool, room service, restaurant, etc.), this is the right place for you.

As someone already wrote, these are people who do not accommodate someone in an emergency situation where there is no other option than to cancel. You don't have to do this, but I would have to strongly advise against this accommodation. In life, strokes of fate can always occur at short notice. Many thanks to booking, who really worked hard, but unfortunately this house lacks empathy for other people.Perhaps there will be a detailed report on YouTube in the next few weeks.So I recommend against this accommodation. There are other, better hotels in Buxtehude.

I usually don't take non-reimbursable stays in Booking.com. My fault on not paying better attention this time. I had to cancel my stay at this hotel due to other problems 3 days in advance and they're taking 100% percent of the price, without any negotiation. I explained my situation, I offered to pay 50%, but they want no further conversation. I don't recommend selecting hotels with non-reimbursable cancels because you don't know what can happen, and if you stumble upon "the contract is the contract" people then there's no room for helping each other.

Definitely great as accommodation for fitters. It worked for us too. Rather unsuitable for a vacation. Everything is clean, nothing broken. Rather simply furnished. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast is also rather simple.

No reception manned. To get a room key you had to call and they gave you the code for the café. The keys were there. Nothing special in the rooms except a TV. No tea, coffee, etc. The location is not particularly right on the main road about 9 km to the city center in Buxtehude. Price performance doesn't match here at a price of €110 without breakfast.

Very cheap double room (more like a small apartment), great location: ground floor, large, including fridge and kitchen, extra bathroom with shower, (own) terrace with extra door to the room, parking space right next to it (3 meters).Deductions in the B grade: Heating didn't work at night, breakfast was rather modest, - without devaluation - more on a mechanic's level.

We didn't see any humans. When we arrived we were able to speak to someone via intercom who gave us instructions to collect our key from a secure box. Our room located at the rear of the building was well soundproofed from traffic, double-glazed window and double door at the bedroom level which soundproofs the very noisy road at the front. I also think that there are no more rooms that overlook the road. Room equipped as a holiday residence with electric hob, refrigerator, crockery (obviously some are missing) and bathroom with shower). The rooms have probably been renovated recently. No instruction for wifi, no code, no explanation in the room. When we booked it was indicated on Booking that it was possible to have breakfast. Well no, we searched in vain for the room, asked the intercom where no one answered us, and finally called a telephone number to be told that in summer there was no breakfast. Great so we left without eating... Very disappointed with the lightness with which customers are treated and the lack of communication.The invoice was sent to us by post for payment by bank transfer. We are going to pay but as it is summer we are not doing bank transfers. The settlement will therefore wait until the end of the holidays.

We stayed at the Hotel Haus Inter in Buxtehude for one night on September 16th, 2020... on our entire bike trip we didn't have a breakfast buffet in the morning that was as good as in this house and then for a price of €70 per double room... the room was also very good clean...nice staff...only the bathroom in room 1 needs to be renovated...it was still clean...We really liked it there
