Electronic keys never work. I had to wait hours on several occasions where I could net get into the apartment.Apartment is extremely hot.The small couch in the apartment is filthy.You’re better off going with a hotel.

I stayed here for a bit over 2/3 months. The positives are the rooms are fairly big (but I guess that would be expected for the reasonably high charges) and I did find the staff (including the cleaners) nice.There are quite a few negatives however. On my second night there my card was no longer working to get into my room. I tried calling the 24 hours help service but was continually hung up on. My German is reasonably basic (A2 level) but I would barely say a sentence before they would just hang up on me. I ended up having to get a local to call them instead to give me access to my room. Apparently the cards stopped working so they had to issue new ones and the new ones were put inside my room (no idea how they expected me to get it as it was obviously locked) and we were not given notice of the change via email or any other means until the following days.I also was initially in a different room that stunk of cigarettes (to the point I would wake up during the night coughing). Luckily I was able to switch rooms. The other room had a very loud fridge that they said they wouldn't fix/change so I had to turn it off every time I was home. It also had a leaking sink so I had to place towels under and despite telling them, it was never fixed. The washing machine payment machines were often broken/not working too.Finally, despite requesting a full invoice during my stay this was ignored (they responded to other notes in an email but didn't respond to the full invoice request). A month after leaving the country I received a new invoice which included days missed by them 3/4 months prior with threat of reporting to collection agency if not paid. I believe all payments should have been sorted out whilst I was there or at the least before I exited the property, and in addition to this it would mean an international transaction fee I will now have to pay in addition to the invoice :(

I was a bit disappointed, the room itself is nice and quiet but relatively dark.It has everything you could need except shower gel and shampoos, which is a real shame.Unfortunately, the cutlery and the pan in the room were not cleaned (it was full of grease and everything smelled like bacon). Unfortunately, I couldn't use the kitchen much because the toaster also smelled like bacon...Since I didn't have to leave until 6 p.m. on the day of departure, I asked the service if I could do a late checkout, as the website said that you could check out later upon request, but the lady told me after informing her colleague that this wasn't possible The room had to be cleaned, so I asked if I could at least leave my luggage since I was traveling with a suitcase, but the lady also said that this wasn't possible because there was no one at the reception and that I had to look for a locker somewhere. I wrote 2 emails to the accommodation but unfortunately they were ignored.Overall the stay was good but I wish I could have made myself some food and checked out later…

I lived in the Ipartment in Cologne for a year as an expat for my work.The apartments themselves are well equipped and self-sufficient (cooker, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee machine,...). The style of the apartment is very sleek and modern. The concrete walls give you the feeling of an industrial building style. The service with the cleaning service that cleans the apartment and changes the sheets is good.The supervisor / manager of the apartment complex, Julian, is immediately available for any problem and is always available. He makes my stay extra pleasant knowing that I could rely on him for any questions or problems.The Ipartment in Cologne's biggest asset was its location. The center of Cologne is an hour's walk along the Rhine. With the tram you can get to the center a little faster in 15 minutes.

This is a nice hotel apartment when you're looking to stay for extended periodes of time. The rooms have everything you need for normal day life (fridge with freezer, coffe machine, stove, toaster, water cooker, knife block, etc.). The only thing I personally missed was a microwave.The Appartments are modern with an industrialy finish. The walms, floors and ceilings are all concrete.I'd recommend getting the cleaning service. They change the bed sheets and towels every 1/2 weeks (depending on which formula you choose) and clean the place for you.Location is nice and accessible. You're in the centre of Cologne in 15-20 minutes with the metro. The Rhine is only a 5 minute walk away.Downstairs there is a coffe bar, parking spaces (you can rent a space) and there are two washing machines and two dryers which you can use for a small prices.I was happy to stay here for two years. Julian, the building manager does a good job with the resources he has and is always there of you need him.

This is a very nice appartment/hotel. The rooms are in pristine condition. The location is amazing, from Wiener Platz you can take a tram straight to the center. The service is also very good, especially Julian helped us a lot during our stay.

It's a pretty neat building.The room is sufficiently equipped with things for everyday life.Staff friendly and accommodating.Definitely recommended.

Very bad accommodation! Staff is absolutely incompetent. Rooms are not released to the tenants because filming is more important; sometimes you shouldn't leave your room because filming is happening right in front of the door. The internet is not working properly! Promised appliances that are listed online, such as a microwave or dishwasher, are simply not available! If you address this, the website will be changed. Disaster! I will never book anything there for my employees again and am looking into legal action because money is obviously being stolen here without providing anything in return!

The perfect alternative to hotels! The service is excellent. The apartments are very clean and modernly furnished. Internet is very stable. You will find everything you need for a business trip!

Very clean and there was a pack of Nespresso capsules to welcome you. Gladly again. Unfortunately, something disturbed the transparent door to the bathroom.
