Rating refers to the snack bar or whatever it calls itself, Bistrorant.The menu is completely overloaded and completely confusing.I don't understand the pricing of the dishes (I know the industry very well)A rump steak should cost €23.50 and potato pancakes with apple sauce should cost €15.80?!Something's not right.Quality of the food is acceptable despite all the confusion on the menu, but never restaurant quality!! Snack would be appropriate.For the advertised prices, there are SIGNIFICANTLY better alternatives on Borkum and there are a lot of them.

Good food, nice staff and located right on the promenade that leads to the beach. Very full, reservation recommended! Already visited twice and reserved for a third time. That says it all! Here too, the individual guest is valued!

It's a shame that the North Sea grill in the form of a snack bar is no longer available there. Now it's more of a restaurant with service, a different menu and prices. The food is ok and the staff is friendly.

Were in the restaurant. Free choice of seating and no reservation hassle like in other restaurants. We don't need such a heck of a thing on vacation 😇. Very friendly staff. Food very tasty and reasonably priced. Children's meals available! We would love to go there again!

We have visited the restaurant several times. And you can't say anything bad about it here. The food and drinks are delicious and it's comfortable to sit here. Whether you sit outside or inside. The staff are nice and friendly. We love coming here when we vacation on the largest sand pile in the world.

Great, clean and centrally located accommodation. The apartment, as well as the food, are highly recommended!!We would book a holiday there again at any time.The stairs to the accommodation are a bit steep, but a member of staff carried our suitcases up!All in all: GREAT!!!

We bought 2 rolls to take away, the fried fish was tk and so tiny 😂 and the rolls were baked either from the day before or in the morning and were not used until 5 p.m. 😂 we simply threw them away and a few new, delicious rolls came downstairs I bought it and it's not about the money, it's about the fact that I expect better fried fish on the water than the ones we get at the market 😂

I'm always there when I'm in Borkum (most recently Pentecost 2024).The menu is extensive and yet every single dish is great!Everything is very appealing and appetizingprepared and tastes simply delicious.The service is good, the staff friendly, personable, helpful and humorous.Always my pleasure!!!For me there is no stay in Borkum without at least one visit to the Nordseegrill.

Very pleasant service, friendly, relaxed and just nice. We were even brought drinks to the place opposite even though we weren't sitting in the restaurant, of course we paid for them.Location is great, close to the beach in the middle of the shopping area opposite the seating area where children can keep themselves busy.The food was very tasty, well prepared and at a fair price. We were here several times on vacation.Gladly again.
