Absolute disaster 12:30 p.m. Tuesday 27/8/2024 we only wanted 2 draft beers. In the garden, a lady dressed as an attendant and two men undressed to the middle of their bodies....probably her acquaintances. No one else was anywhere... with the contract, go elsewhere, we are already closed and lunches for the boarders. Total lack of interest in the customer. Moreover, the staff didn't even know what kind of beer they were pouring...

The rooms are clean. The standard is adequate to the price. The advantage of the entire guesthouse is a lot of space inside and outside for a larger number of guests. The biggest problem is to open the whole shack 😤🤔 one room was opened after severe pain, but unfortunately the owner had to open the other one remotely. The town is well situated close to Klinovec and Oberwiesenthal

We came to the restaurant for dinner and I highly do not recommend it.The tomato sauce was a warmed stew flavored with gingerbread spices.The cornflaked chicken nuggets were Penny's nuggets.The potato dumplings filled with smoked meat had already been reheated several times so they were hardened and the onion was burnt so bitter.Instead of ermine, we got plain cheese.The chef should change his job - he's really not in the right place.

At first glance, the restaurant looks very good, I also really liked the menu.We were supposed to come as a group of nine, but only 3 members of this expedition showed up (because we went separately, the rest were supposed to arrive later) and the chef of this restaurant had a big problem with that. After we ordered 2 kofolos and announced that we would order food later when the rest of the group arrived, the chef of this restaurant informed us that he was alone in the kitchen and that he was closing in 3 hours, we could have put up with that, but after he went inside he started going over the entire restaurant shouting that if we want to eat later, that we shouldn't come here, he called us Czech crooks (I was wearing a clean, ironed white T-shirt, black shorts and Jordan brand shoes, no one was dirty) and told my fourteen-year-old cousin not to look at him. I do not understand...I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation, a nice afternoon or evening

We have only been to the restaurant twice for lunch, excellent pilsner 12° and both Old Bohemian cuisine and minutes and for a decent price. Great service. Keep going thumbs up.👍

We rate the restaurant: we couldn't find the difference between rajska, goulash and szegedin. Only something was burned more than others. We only had cash, everything was a lot of flour, actually just flour. So everything sucks. On the other hand, Pilsen have a good one.

It doesn't look like much from the street, but it's very nice modern accommodation at a reasonable price. Rooms very well furnished and clean, indoor ballroom, beautifully equipped sauna with whirlpool. The owner is pleasant, helpful, caring. Possibility of parking motorcycles in a locked yard.I can only recommend.
