A wonderful place in the middle of the woods, peace, quiet and lots of mushrooms. I rate the service very highly - the two gentlemen who provided services during our stay (total of 5 nights) were extremely helpful and kind. The cuisine is excellent, everything is fresh. Thank you and we will be back. The only minus was the mattress and a double bed with a frame in the middle. In any case, the positives greatly prevail.

Restaurant: I guess I'll never joke again.We had kulaida, game goulash and homemade specle with smoked meat and cabbage.Kulajda absolutely unseasoned, mostly boiled flour, I found 3 pieces of mushrooms, a couple of potatoes, the dill was probably lost somewhere, but the egg was already waiting for us in water for at least 10 minutes before it was fully cooked. The goulash didn't look pretty at all, and unfortunately it tasted as well as it looked. In the specials, the platka's bacon was cut, but even that didn't save it. We haven't eaten this badly in a long time 😳

The room was clean, we lived on the floor. The staff changed our room to the one on the ground floor that we didn't want.Food excellent, breakfast great. The signal is there, but only for calls and SMS.

Beautiful place, rooms comfortable and clean. However, the food is like from a school canteen and above all, the rude receptionist/waiter. He sometimes throws a fork, but otherwise you usually feel like you're bothering him. Although according to the website the restaurant should be open until 22:00 and the last order 30 minutes in advance, we could order up to 20:00, after that they stopped serving us and we were kicked out of the restaurant a little after 21:00. I understand that the staff has demanding shifts and the same people have to get up in the morning, but let them set things up differently - for 3100 per night, we imagine different behavior and different service. It is also possible elsewhere, we have not experienced this kind of behavior anywhere for a long time.

Beautiful location, the room is OK, but the manager is completely unpleasant and the food is worse than in the school canteen. It's a real shame that the chef doesn't match the restaurant's price list and the manager is a person who doesn't like people and clearly shows it.

A beautiful hotel that deserves the highest rating! Upon arrival, we were greeted by super staff who showed maximum professionalism and friendliness throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet location, which is ideal for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are amazingly clean and cozy, which adds to the overall feeling of comfort and relaxation. It was certainly not our last visit to this great place where we felt at home thanks to the lovely staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with excellent service!

A very nice place in the middle of the woods, where you feel at home😎 Compared to, for example, the hotel further away, which plays on something that is no longer there. Kristin Hrádek has excellent food for good money and nice service on top of that 🤩 We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful location. Pleasant service. Unfortunately, the food is underseasoned. Salad drama. Really not enough. The prices are disproportionate to the low-quality gastronomy. It would take Mr. Polreich.

Beautiful place, environment, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Only poor signal on the phone, which I didn't mind at all.. I would only say the breakfast could be richer.. And what bothered me is that the price is written from per night and it is not detailed how much it costs in season and how much outside of it, which is usually the case that you know exactly what you're getting into..

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in, in a beautiful quiet place.The staff was incredibly nice, both gentlemen very willing and helpful :)I definitely recommend the food as well, which was incredibly goodDefinitely worth coming here :)
