Fine for people with low demands.Everything is very high quality but incredibly old.No hairdryer available, no stool for small children.Be careful...wooden stairs in the apartment are glazed and painted, extremely dangerous for children.All light switches mounted upside down.It was definitely a top place to stay in the 70's and 80's. Almost €900 for 6 nights...you can invest some of it in modernization.A family who checked in right before us received a welcome bottle of wine, but we didn't, FOR WHATEVER.Of course there are also positives.The location is very nice, shops and bus stops in the immediate vicinity. From the balcony you have a great view of the lake.As sorry as I am, I will not book at this holiday home park again.Conditionally recommended.

Excellent location of the complex. Centrally yet quietly located and some apartments with beautiful, unobstructed views.Super well maintained, clean, very nice furnishings in the apartment.Very attractive ladies at the counter who immediately take care of every issue professionally.We try to make every wish come true.We really enjoy coming here and have never been disappointed!!!My special thanks go to Mr. Kirchhoff, who really makes the impossible possible with great commitment, and an extraordinary thank you for that!!!We look forward to our next visit to Lake Constance, as always in this exquisite holiday resortwill stay overnight.Best regards from Leipzig

The house smelled musty, there were a lot of insects in it and a moldy shower, so we didn't feel like showering

Beautiful holiday home park. Facility well maintained, quiet and clean. Accommodation was sufficient and functional. It's a 10-minute walk to the bus stop from where you can explore the entire north bank. Supermarket also within 10 minutes walking distance.

We were completely satisfied with our little house in the residential park. It was large, clean, renovated bathroom, nice floors, nice kitchen with everything you need, mattresses and beds also great and the sofa was comfortable and nice. At first glance it was a bit retro but nice. Only the WiFi was very bad and the outside light was broken.

Great place, nice and quiet but a 5-minute walk from the village and Lake Constance. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Had a great time here. And also a secure parking garage with its own space per apartment.

Had a very nice holiday. Always happy 🥳Fresh croissants and rolls every morning. The children liked it so much. It was such a great experience at this holiday park. We would love to come back to the beautiful Lake Constance 🥳🥰🌹🦄🐞🦋

A beautiful, well-kept holiday complex with permanent houses and A-houses. We had booked an apartment. The room had a bathroom, kitchen and balcony. A supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, a bakery truck is right in front of the complex and is open every morning until around noon. It's about a 25-minute walk to Lake Constance, with a bus leaving directly in front of the complex every hour into the city. With the Lake Constance Card, which you receive with the tourist tax, you can use all public transport for free.

A very well maintained holiday complex. There are holiday apartments and holiday homes. A food discount store and a bakery van are nearby. Parking is available, some of which have permanent parking spaces for cars. For holiday guests there is a Lake Constance Card, with which you can travel by bus and there is cheaper entry to many attractions.

The floor of the holiday apartment was completely dusty, even though it is supposed to be cleaned before moving in. There was a used sanitary towel from the previous tenant in the bathroom trash can. Despite direct reporting, it took 2 days for it to be removed. Apparently free WiFi is offered there. But a WLAN that cannot be used because it breaks down every 2 minutes is unfortunately not WLAN. So there is (unusable) WiFi there. When I reported this and asked for a repeater or a solution, the answer I received was that I would have to pay a hundred euros more per week for failed WiFi. What kind of statement is that?!?! Either I offer WiFi, which is usable, or I leave it alone. Then expand your Stone Age WiFi network in the holiday resort and increase the price from me. You will then see whether you can still rent the apartments. But not like that.Thank God I have a flat rate plan. So I was able to provide the Fire TV Stick and all devices with a hotspot.We would also have liked to vacuum in between. But we had to turn off the vacuum for another 30 seconds because the bag inside smelled so much like old socks and a wet dog that we almost had to break. The floor nozzle was so sticky and dirty, it seemed that something wet had been sucked up with it and then it was left to work in the entire vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaners are probably not checked or used by the cleaning staff, let alone the bags changed.The wet room almost overflowed on the first evening because the siphon was closed, so I flushed it out myself. Normally I would have to calculate it, but I don't want to be like that!!!But the area itself is a really beautiful spot on Lake Constance, very central to many excursion destinations. Kitchen equipment is ok. So far everything is there, the knife is blunt but there. And no, a sharpening steel is not for sharpening knives, but for deburring after sharpening.So far it was OK with still enough room for improvement!!!

The two of us with a dog stayed in a NurDachHaus type 7 in July. Everything is as you can see in the photos on the website. The green areas are very well maintained. Basically everything was as we imagined - except for one thing:If you think you can hold a quick business meeting via Teams/Webex/Zoom during your vacation, you should take a data card with you. The internet (not WiFi) is very bad. It was almost impossible to make a call, let alone maintain it. Apparently a 1 MBit Internet line is distributed across 50 houses.If you think you can watch a YouTube video on the lowest setting, you can only do so at 3 a.m.Please delete the text “Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the complex. The signal may be limited in the buildings.” from their homepage. There's enough movement here about the poor internet.And yes, the access point was right next to our house. Please do not confuse reception with internet speed.
