The guesthouse is clean and the owners friendly. The furnishings are a journey back in time to the 70s, a little modernization would be good.Unfortunately the beds (mattresses, duvets, pillows) smell clearly of sweat, disgusting!!For the price you can expect better.

In a good location, unfortunately little cleanliness, cobwebs everywhere, we booked a room for 3 people, upon our arrival the third bed (a sofa bed) was not made, we arranged it ourselves. At breakfast we asked for a cup of hot milk and it was not possible to have it

The rooms are a little old, but they definitely have charm. It was cozy and very clean. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the really beautiful beach was a 5-minute walk away. Very nice owner. We'd love to come back when we're in the area again.

A definitely outdated, older house. After being vacant for a long time, it was reopened at the beginning of the year by a young, committed landlord, Mr. Zwenger. Very friendly and helpful. In terms of price/performance ratio, absolutely okay. We have been visiting Unteruhldingen at different times of the year for over 20 years. From the Top Hotel Seehof to other different guesthouses and apartments, we always enjoyed our stay with different conditions and prices. This was also the case this time with the Zwenger family. It's a shame that at some accommodations you have to apply in the summer for a place on the waiting list for next year.😉

We chose this accommodation on the occasion of our Lake Constance tour by bike. We were given a very friendly welcome by the owner and we were able to store the bikes in a lockable garage. Nice place right on the lake.

Although the room has a bit of history, it is neat and clean. The location is very good and the environment is clean. There is also a good breakfast. The service staff is very helpful. The lens of my daughter's glasses fell off, and the service staff spent almost half an hour repairing it with limited tools. Thank you very much for your enthusiastic help in solving the dilemma of traveling abroad!

A very outdated guesthouse, our carpeted room smelled very old and so did our beds, unfortunately. Thank God we had our own pillows with us. Cobwebs on the terrace. Bathroom was very clean. If you're only there for the weekend, the small breakfast buffet is fine. The rooms are very noisy. The price for the overnight stay is not reasonable

A cozy atmosphere immediately put us in the holiday mood. If you're looking for comfort, this is the right place. Parking options for cars and bikes directly at the house. The rooms are small but nice and clean. The location perfect.

Nice guesthouse in a great location. There's hardly anything to complain about. The rooms are very clean but a bit old. Somehow it fits well with the region and didn't bother us. The operator is nice. The breakfast is okay, it's not a conference hotel in a big city but an inn in a holiday resort. We didn't miss anything at breakfast or anywhere else. Only the WiFi urgently needs to work better. Nowadays people are so spoiled by the big hotels that such small hotels have a hard time. But we enjoyed being here and felt comfortable.
