I was on a business trip, so it's a nice place to get some sleep. There's a shop nearby if you need anything. The rooms themselves are clean. However, if you are going to take a shower, buy some gel. If you want tea, take a kettle with you because there is no such thing here. There is a fridge and a table in the hall, but neither a shared nor individual kettle in the room. There is also no chair or table in the room. But there is WiFi.

Everything fine. From arrival to departure everything went smoothly.Arrival:Here I received an SMS with an access code and was able to check in without any problems even after 10 p.m. I was also provided with free parking spaces.Stay:There were also no defects, there were enough fresh towels available and the room was hygienically clean. There were no complaints from me. I particularly liked the large floor-level rain shower and the large balcony.Departure:When checking out, I was able to simply throw the key into a box at the entrance upon departure.I'd love to come back :)

So there has been no one here since I checked in but the key box was easy to use and I was able to get in with no issues.In my email they said 2nd floor room but I was on the third. Rough start.I’m in town on business so I just need a place to put up my feet and clean up.First impression the room is small but it is super cute.It’s a non smoking room but it definitely smells like someone has smoked in here which sucks.I had the smallest room but the bathroom and little fridge, drawers and fridge where perfect.The view over this little snowed park is beautiful and there is easy parking.Only thing I will say that is weird and why I can’t give five stars is in the bathroom there is a little door that I thought was a circuit breaker. I can back to my room and the little door was open revealing a crawl space. I am not okay with that and they should do something about it. So it makes this feel a lot weirder.But all and all I think it’s great for the price and not a far commute from my job.

Absolutely wonderful!Booked and paid online, received a code for the key box for 24/7 check-in. Even though COVID isn't big anymore, it was nice having contactless check-in available. When I arrived though, the keybox malfunctioned. It said I had the correct code, but the lever did not release to drop the keys. I called Herr Schwärzer and he was able to send the manager right away to fix it and give me the keys. I felt bad bothering them at dinnertime, but he was very gracious and helpful.The room looks even nicer in person than it does in the photos. It's much bigger than I expected! The neighborhood seems quiet and pleasant. I look forward to trying the bakery in the morning! It's right next door, don't even have to cross the street.I highly recommend the Pension Schwärzer to anyone staying in the area. The price, quality, and service are excellent!

Very nice apartment. Great beds, everything you need in the kitchen, no shower mat or shower mat in the bathroom, you have to use one of the few towels

Unfortunately the roller shutter is broken. There is only 1 lamp. There is mold in the shower and it hasn't been cleaned. The bed linen was not clean.
