Functional hotel with similar rooms and a good breakfast buffet. The location is good, the city center and train station are within 10-15 walking distance.

Rooms are good, for a mass hotel if you don't have a problem with long hallways. The breakfast was surprisingly good, except for the coffee. I've rarely had such bad coffee. Milk with dishwater is a better description. I really don't want to be angry, I hope it was just that day. But I tried both machines and the caffe latte, cappuccino and espresso... were all a disaster. But the food was good and there was tea and juice too.

Was ok for one night. Weird brown spots on the room floor and also bleached areas. Didn't make the cleanest impression

Room was quiet. Breakfast buffet was good. The breakfast room is very large and divided so that you only see a few people. You can quickly reach the city center on foot. There is only the parking garage for 17 euros per night. We couldn't see a two euro discount from the hotel. Had to pay 17 euros.

We were actually thrilled with this hotel on our first visit on the outward journey - friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, our impression changed completely to the opposite on our second visit on the return journey. We arrived at 2am after a long journey with two babies in tow, hoping to get a room for the night like the first time. But what then happened to us is absolutely unacceptable. We were turned away by the on-site employee on the grounds that there were no more rooms available. However, as the conversation continued, it turned out that this was simply a lie! There were indeed free rooms, but the employee was apparently unable to book them or help us. No one else was at the hotel to resolve the situation, even though the hotel offers 24-hour check-in.A hotel turning away a family with two small children at 2 a.m. because the staff isn't capable of doing the job is an absolute no-go. Something like this has nothing to do with quality and it was an unforgettably bad experience. There is an urgent need to work on training staff and the organization. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone - no matter how nice it may look.

Everything is very, very spartan. There weren't even toothbrush cups available; you should pick them up at reception. The green washing argument would only have been credible if we had been given reusable cups. But we were given primitive plastic cups
