Nice hotel outside the center. But thanks to very good bus connections, you can reach the main station and the center in 10 minutes.Very friendly staff.The only minus is the WiFi if you rely on it.

The hotel is ok, but a bit old. Our room for 4 people was nice and big 👍🏻There were 2 ladies at breakfast who did their best, but were understandably completely overwhelmed. There are at least two more workers involved to ensure everything runs smoothly.The location is quite out of the way, but there are several buses.

The room was nice, clean and cozy. Very well acoustically isolated. The breakfast was very tasty, a quiet atmosphere. For 10 euros the car was safely parked in the underground car park. Always my pleasure.

Basically a nice hotel, but some questionable aspects. A room was booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), there was only a double bed and a leather couch - 2 pillows and 2 blankets. Definitely not enough for 4 people and the bed was too small for 4 people... My husband emigrated at night, but it was also very uncomfortable without a blanket.The room wasn't cleaned either, you had to explicitly hang out the card for cleaning, so there were no fresh towels... The light in the bedroom was also broken... instead of a fully automatic toilet, it would have been better to invest in an additional bed. Location is outside, but there is a good bus connection.

The room, especially the bathroom, made us shudder. The fittings had not been wiped and were smeared with brown stains or toothpaste, the towels (only one large towel for 2 people) had stains and the toilet was still dirty with feces. There and in the living area, primarily in the bed, there was long and short black hair. The tea corner was used and there was paper in the kettle. Sucked was sloppy. It seems as if no emphasis is placed on either thorough or superficial cleaning.We complained to reception and asked for a room change. We were not denied this; Instead we were offered a free drink at the bar. The gentleman at the front desk offered to clean the toilet since the cleaners were no longer in the house. I refused this. The staff is great, the cleanliness doesn't even meet the minimum.

Hotel is on a remote road, it resembles a dirty industrial area, but hotel itself is very nice and modernly decorated has everything you needThe only criticism would be to replace the carpet everywhere. Breakfast was good, eggs, fried bacon and white sausages, coffee from a fully automatic machine

So the environment is very questionable, but nobody can do anything about vacancies. But you didn't feel really safe. Service was top, staff was overwhelmed at times, but always approachable. Rooms small but nice, had ordered separate beds (received together) Carpet has been around for a few years. Bathroom wasn't that clean. Hair from the previous owner was on counters and corners were round. Is more of a luxurious youth hostel.

The proximity to the city is positive.Overwhelmed staff at reception and breakfast buffet. Germ-infested coffee machine, buffet left partly from the day before, so it was almost empty early on. Dirty documents from the day before. The offer is very poor.Room not ready upon arrival at 3 p.m. and otherwise very outdated. Cleanliness, especially the bathroom, leaves a lot to be desired

We were there at the end of September 24th. What can I say... Totally understaffed! The reception was a one man show, which is why we had to wait a long time to get to the room. As seen from the outside, we had a room on the right side of the hotel. I don't even know where to start... The carpet is ancient. There was still residual water in the kettle from the previous one. The cups were dirty. Despite the sign, the room wasn't cleaned (probably due to understaffing?) WiFi didn't work (even at night when we had sleepless nights) and we couldn't receive any mobile data in the room either! We wanted to ask about it the next morning but the reception was too full and again just a one man show! For 2 nights it was “ok” but a no go for a longer stay! I can't give it more than a “4”. (even that is too much! What a shame ☹️

This hotel was staffed with rude people and their food was terrible. We arrived with a group and the rest of the group left for a tour. My wife wasn't feeling well and even though we saw other guests check in, we were made to wait 4 hours in their very un comfortable lobby. Their restaurant was closed so we could order any food.

Rooms ok, except that no one cares if the TV doesn't work. Prices for overnight stays are completely ok. Breakfast totally overpriced. 16.50 for the offer is excessive.

The hotel is located in a steep part of the city, opposite is an abandoned building with a closed casino, where you can park your car for free, but I advise you not to risk it - there are many suspicious people walking around. Better pay 10 euros for underground parking.On the plus side, the staff is polite and the room is more or less clean. However, the refrigerator and safe did not work in it. They called the girl from the reception, she only stated the fact that it is not working and nothing can be done about it. We could not move to another room, because according to her, everyone is already occupied (which I personally doubt very much, because it was not very crowded that day).In the morning, the tap water smelled like sewage.Breakfast cost 14 euros and was very poor - bread, apples, sausages, omelet, spreads, cucumbers, yogurt. You can eat something, but you will not get pleasure from it.They chose a hotel in a hurry, and this choice was unsuccessful.
