We felt very comfortable in Villa Alexander. The villa was very clean upon arrival, everything you needed was there. It was lovely to sit by the fireplace, the beds were comfortable, and the sauna was very relaxing. All in all we really liked it. We are happy to recommend it. The area is also great for doing a lot with children.

We are toAlways in Winterberg in the fall, but with the competition at Upland, everything was already fully booked this year and I came across the Villas Winterberg. We had an apartment for 4 people. I have to say that I was a bit disappointed because compared to the apartment/house in Upland, the villas were very cold and not very inviting for me personally. The white walls were no longer white and a dingy impression arose. I found the fireplace nice, which created a nice atmosphere in the evenings.Unfortunately, we also had noisy neighbors and were not used to someone making such noise above our heads. For all late risers, there is a chapel right next to the houses that rings the bells every morning at 7 a.m. Which didn't bother me personally.There's hardly anything in the area. So that children want to have fun, you have to drive a few minutes to Winterberg. Conclusion, not bad in itself, especially if there is snow, but for me the villas are out of the question again.

We stayed at Villa Winterberg for the first time. For 4 people we had 2 bedrooms with great beds, 1 bathroom with shower, a small sauna and a larger room with a modern kitchen and living room (with fireplace). The fireplace was super cozy, people enjoyed using the sauna and the dog found it just as cozy in front of the fireplace. The location is fantastic, you can look directly at the forests from the living room and enjoy the great autumn magic. There is a playground, table tennis tables and beautiful hiking trails with fantastic views on site. I went out into nature every day with my dog. There is a bakery nearby (walk up the mountain), where you can also enjoy the great view. Rolls should be ordered in advance. My highlight was the “Kahler Asten”, you have to go there if you love nature, hiking and breathtaking views. I ate a nice cake in the restaurant, watched the 🐐 and enjoyed the view. There are many activities in the area. A little tip: Take a look at the spa park and also walk along the gorge and bridge path. Winterberg is nearby, you can go to the swimming pool, shop and eat delicious food. There are free parking spaces at the spa park. It was a nice few days to relax and unwind.

We stayed in Villa Alexia24 with 4 people. Fantastic for hiking no matter what time of year. The villa is very well equipped, with a fireplace and sauna. Very nice furnishings, you feel very comfortable there. We were very satisfied

This was our second visit to Villa Winterberg. We really enjoyed it again. This time we had house ten, which we would happily book again. We'll definitely be back next year. This time the house was clean like last time until next year. Best regards

Beautiful villa, completely furnished, everything you need is there.Beds made upon arrival, towels are ready and kitchen towels etc. are in the kitchen. Service is also top notch. Keep the key in a key box. Upon arrival it turned out that the key to our villa was bent and we could not open the door. After calling the caretaker, he immediately came to solve the problem. All perfect.We thoroughly enjoyed it with our family.

Spacious house with complete kitchen, the multiple bathrooms are ideal. Please note that there are no supermarkets within walking distance, but there are 2 bakeries and some eateries.

The rain shower was cold after 1 minute, every day and regardless of whether you were the first or the second.Every morning at 7:00 the church bells ring next to the park. You can't sleep through that.Furthermore, it is spacious and with a beautiful view.The broom was dirty even though you should leave the apartment broom clean.

Our group of 6 adults and 6 children aged 2-11 really enjoyed our stay at Villas Winterberg House No. 20. In particular, the common room with a large dining table and a large sofa, where everyone had space, provided us with sociable meals and get-togethers.We also rate the quiet location of the Villas Winterberg houses positively. Since there isn't much going on in the Neuastenberg district itself, you need a car to reach the many activities on offer in Winterberg and the surrounding area.The facilities were good. The service was also good: everything went smoothly and an extra cot and a high chair were available. However, almost all of the bedrooms were too small to add an extra bed.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful holiday at Villa Winterberg.Villas are beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean.We only had 1 key and that was inconvenient.The area around Winterberg is beautiful. Sufficient activities possible.We will definitely go back again.

We stayed in Villa Alexander No.7. The view from the terrace was very nice. It was very quiet. Parking for 3 cars in front of the house. Comfortable beds, clean linens.The house had not been cleaned properly upon arrival. We initially spent 2 hours cleaning. Also, the living room could use a new coat of paint. No hand soap and the whirlpool bathtub had to be cleaned several times before use. No toaster available.Grill is available, but not cleaned either.Nice area to start hiking straight away.No shop nearby, only in Winterberg.
