Very nice hotel which also has a restaurant.The staff are nice, the food is well prepared and tastes very good and the drinks and sparkling wine are very tasty.We were accommodated in the separate area, so unfortunately I can't say anything about the rooms in the main building.The rooms in the area just described are in good condition. The bathroom is clean. However, I have to say that there is mold forming in the corners of the sliding door in the shower. This should be eliminated. Otherwise everything is excellent.The breakfast is more than plentiful and you can also order scrambled eggs so that they are freshly prepared.All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Good service, delicious breakfast, and also delicious food. 😋 Some of the rooms still need renovation, but they are clean.

Were guests for a week. Rooms are a bit old. The pictures are therefore somewhat flattering. Points deducted because we were accommodated in the guest house and had a good 100m walk to the very good breakfast buffet. Not so nice in bad weather...

We had the dinner package, great value! Close to busstation, griezel house and shell museum, you can get bikes at Nordseefahrrad at middeldiek to bike to the beach and Wilhelmshaven

The location, right on the harbor is a dream!!! My room was okay so far... but I missed a dry rug before the shower... so I had cold feet after showering... I thought it was a bit of a shame... I made up for it with a breakfast buffet the next morning - That leaves nothing to be desired !! Otherwise great & the staff is very friendly !! I will gladly come again!!

The location is very nice with the old harbor. The room is in a nearby building, which is very noisy. In half board there are two main courses to choose from within a 3-course menu. The food was very good.

The breakfast in the main building was plentiful and well stocked.Salmon, herring salad, herring, etc. 👍The breakfast room to feel good and with a view of the Sielhafen.Our room didn't invite you to linger 😥Bed ok to sleep in.To read, sit comfortably 👎Conclusion: suitable for a one-time stay on a bike tour.

If you are a fan of the North Sea coast, you are in good hands here. The historic buildings are located directly on the small inner harbor. The rooms and restaurants are lovingly furnished and cozy. The food not only tastes good, it is also something to look at. Very nice service and owner. If you really need some peace and quiet, you should go here in winter, like we did. The hotel is very conveniently located for reaching the beaches and exploring other towns.

I slept in the next building. It was more of a holiday apartment, but perfect with a dog. There was a tissue under the bed the whole time and there was a lack of garbage bags. I asked the staff about it and they took care of it and were super nice.Of course, some furniture could perhaps be replaced, but after Corona and the service bottleneck that exists everywhere, I don't imagine that being so easy.Breakfast was also very good. Was asked whether scrambled eggs or fried eggs. Unfortunately, since I have an extreme allergy to fish, the egg annoyed me for a day. But that was my mistake!!! I always have to say what I didn't do.The location, the view, everything is very nice. Even on a rainy day it is beautiful.I would vacation there again.
