I spent 3 weeks in this house. I arrived completely exhausted and drove back home relaxed. I received helpful tips on what I should pay attention to so that the recovery lasts for a long time and I no longer end up in absolute exhaustion. I would like to thank all the people who work there with heart and mind and accompany us lovingly. The special thing is that all 27 people start at the same time and finish after three weeks. That's good for the soul. No farewells in between. If there is another rehabilitation for relatives, then only in the Altastenberg facility. Thank you for everything. Martina

I was at the Altastenberg health center for three weeks. The treatment was very good for me and I'm glad I was there. A small house with super great people, everyone is very appreciative and caring. All employees do a great job. It was an enrichment for me and I'll be back. My dog was also there and that was very nice for me. Thanks to all.

In September I was able to enjoy a 3-week treatment for caring relatives. Time was a great gift. The entire team at the Altastenberg Kurklinik is simply great. We were able to switch off and gain strength. We were able to enjoy three weeks in a beautiful area. Due to the small number of spa patients, a beneficial exchange of people with similar problems quickly takes place. In my case it was arriving and feeling comfortable. The team gave us a wonderful 3 weeks with a lot of commitment, motivation and warmth. THANK YOU for that. Our team was simply great. In the first weeks of May 2024 I was lucky enough to have a treatment for caring relatives in this great house. The administration, kitchen and physio teams made our stay as pleasant as possible. The house itself has a great fitness room, which, like all other rooms, was available to us without restriction. There was water aerobics in the large swimming pool in a neighboring wellness hotel. I can only recommend this house with its quiet, scenic location and the competent team. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Very friendly, attentive staff, very competent therapists and doctors who take their time with their patients. Very nice, spacious rooms. Cleaning takes place every day and hygiene is very important. The food is also unsurpassed - every meal is a delight! The chef knows his business! In short: a feel-good atmosphere in all respects!!! You can really relax here!

I was able to spend four weeks in the spa clinic for caring relatives, from July 26th to August 23rd.It's a small, family-run house, everyone here knows everyone. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating.You have to be mobile because the house is built in the mountain and there is always an incline to overcome. However, you will be informed of this before arrival. The rooms are good, the food is varied and tasty. Breakfast and dinner are served in buffet form, lunch is served on your plate. If necessary, you can also get a second helping or say directly how much you want to eat.The area is very beautiful and there are many offers in Winterberg and the surrounding area. I recovered very well.You can also spend the day well in the clinic. The fitness room can also be used when no therapies are taking place there. You can use everything here, there is also a table tennis table in the room. We have e.g. B. made music and danced or played badminton.There are many games available in the café, which we also used, whether dice, board or card games. You can also take books or leave your books for the next participants.In order to be able to offer water aerobics for us, the house has an agreement with a nearby hotel for the use of the pool. After water aerobics you can continue to use the pool.

A wonderful place and a wonderful facility to gain new strength and energy for the tasks ahead. The staff is great, wishes are fulfilled immediately, someone is always there for you and your worries. Psychosocial support in particular is simply worth so much. Ms. Ante gave me a lot of food for thought that helped me immensely. And a foot reflexology massage by Sandra Kramer is a revelation for those who are open to it. In general, the two physiotherapists, Ms. Kramer and Mr. Kappen, do an excellent job full of dedication.All in all, I'll be back in 2 years.I came home refreshed and full of energy

The spa clinic for caring relatives who need a break scores with its convincing concept and the good spirit of this small house. Even a long journey is definitely worth it!A top team of medical, therapeutic, social, kitchen and house staff takes extremely dedicated and individual care to ensure that everyone can recover as well as possible. The small number of participants promotes exchange among each other.I would highly recommend the facility.

I was able to switch off and recharge my batteries for 4 weeks in this house. If it were possible, I would award significantly more points. The rooms are great, the food is absolutely fine, the entire staff is absolutely courteous and competent. It's a family-run house, and the fellow guests' dogs were another highlight. The area is very beautiful and there are many leisure activities in Winterberg and the surrounding area. The implementation of water aerobics is made possible by an easily accessible hotel. (By the way, also highly recommended for a stop)I will definitely spend my next treatment there again.Thanks !!

I was allowed to recover for three weeks in this wonderful clinic. Attention is paid to body, mind and soul, and the food is also delicious and varied. My husband, who went with me privately, also really liked it. My next preventative treatment will definitely be back in this house
