House 46+ great location, short walk to the beautiful beach+ comfortable mattresses+ modern, bright bathroom with sauna- spin again and again- Windows dirty including cobwebs. Advantage: it keeps flies and mosquitoes away- Wi-Fi is a disgrace; 0.5mbit, surfing virtually impossible. Welcome to the year 2000- No fly screens on the windows except for the bedroom. Completely incomprehensible in a place like this.- TV only works via FIRETV Stick and this only works via WiFi. Watching TV was not possible for 7 days- Terrace could not be used due to seagull shit and spider webs. A parasol was also missing- two bed covers with brown brake stripes were returned. We received new ones without any problems.We are foregoing any further vacations there. In the end I paid far too much money for what was offered - annoying!

Beautiful and well-equipped holiday apartment with a view of the sea and the moats directly next to the holiday apartments in the North Sea Holiday Park Schillig make the accommodation something very special, especially on the upper floors of the complex.

The life-threatening condition of the electrical system in the bathroom (socket hanging out with open wires and contacts, 10 cm next to the sink) is not remedied for a week and there is no response to any attempts to make contact. You just play dead - especially the managing director himself - and also with the knowledge that we have a 3-year-old child with us.The offered “child-friendly” is then rather “child-hostile”.The caretaker has been saved for probably half a year.Unfortunately, WiFi and amenities also leave a lot to be desired. Huge puddles in the parking lot and sidewalks and the outdoor facilities are left at a rudimentary level.

A great address with an incredible view of the Wadden Sea

Apartment 47.2 N was horrible!!! When we arrived on Saturday we were informed that there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom (drainage from the upper floors) and the wall was slightly wet. This should be repaired on Monday. The wall was moldy!!!!!!!!! The damage had been there for a long time.Already on Saturday, toilet flies came out of the drains and flew all over the apartment. The walls in the living room were also wet (approx. 2mx70cm). There were three of us there with our two-year-old son. On Monday the wall was opened by a craftsman and left like that so that it could dry. That was a joke because there were more flies in the partition wall.It was just disgusting and since these flies are dangerous to our health, we had to constantly watch our child so that he didn't put the dead flies on the ground in his mouth.I vacuumed the flies several times a day, but they always came back! I complained to the hotel several times, including to management, but unfortunately nothing was done. We also had no hot water for two days (in the evening and then the next day in the morning). We came from the beach and couldn't wash ourselves and our child properly! Just cold water!That too was simply accepted.Then this construction site right next to the apartment. Every day from morning to evening it was so loud that you couldn't relax in peace. In addition, our child had to take a nap every day and that wasn't easy!After the rain, boards were laid in front of the hotel so that people could walk over the broken sidewalks and huge puddles. After no one responded, I called the manager on Wednesday and complained about the conditions. He asked us for a refund of €98 after 5 days, which we still haven't received! After several phone calls nothing happened. It is simply ignored (no email, no refund and no callback!).We would NEVER go to the apartment again!!! Simply NOT recommended!!! The construction site is also very stressful!!! It's not a real vacation.There are certainly positive reviews, but this happened in reality and was not made up!!!

On the 3rd day of the vacation, a couple who had just arrived made a mistake in the door and were able to open the door of our apartment with the card? 🥲

We were here for 1 week and everything was happy again.

We rented apartment 48.0.S. A very nice and above all very clean and well-kept apartment. Nothing is missing. The outdoor facilities, however, leave a lot to be desired. One pothole after another, as it is still very humid in February and craftsmen are still working with heavy equipment in front of the facility, the direct route to the parking spaces is an imposition. You're already covered in mud before you get to the car. Hopefully something will happen!!!

Unpleasant atmosphere. Access to the house and parking lot not paved, therefore modders.
