Good hotel and ideal for a short stay. The rooms are clean and tidy. Nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is quite decent and was enough for me. The coffee was very good. The only point of criticism is that the TV channel ARD had picture disturbances.

We stayed in this gem for a weekend. It was very nice. Unfortunately we didn't get the rooms we had booked, but we still enjoyed it very much. I would specifically like to mention Güven's above-average service. EVERY hotel should have a Güven!!! I have rarely experienced so much customer friendliness, commitment and helpfulness in a hotel. Wow...please keep it up!!!!

Despite the fire in the parking garage, cool staff.The staff was very friendly and professional. Even in such an exceptional situation. The situation was explained to each guest calmly and objectively.

We didn't stay at the hotel. We met with friends at the bar on the ground floor. I can say that it was obvious from the bar that it was a quality place. Next time I will stay here and evaluate the rooms.

OK, but for the price I have experienced much more pleasant hotels.The room was clean and had everything necessary. The space was used optimally. Sterilely equipped like many hotels today. Unfortunately the air conditioning couldn't be switched off - so open the window to warm up...The location was perfect for me - right next to the main station with good bus connections. Despite the window being open, no noise from outside.The staff was mostly friendly, but unfortunately often overwhelmed... Upon arrival: the room was not yet ready (but that was OK, as it was already foreseeable when booking). Unfortunately, check-in wasn't possible either, even though the ladies didn't seem to have anything else to do. In the evening we waited 15 minutes in the check-in queue, which was very “tough”. I noticed that the lady next door had added an extra night into her booking. Wild discussions, no accommodation or support from the hotel ("you have to pay now and complain later, then you will get the second night refunded"). When, after 5 minutes of discussion with the lady from the back office who was called in, it turned out that a hotel employee had made a mistake when processing the booking, the only answer was "Then that's sorted out." - not a word of apology.In the evening at the bar the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.I found the breakfast disappointing. Manageable and not really tasty. The seating was even more manageable. At 7:30 a.m. it was not possible to sit down at a table with two people as there were only single seats available at other tables.Conclusion: OK, but next time I will probably choose a different hotel in Wiesbaden.

Room 600: Very loud water and/or heating pipes, constant noises all night long. Lipstick on the already used toothbrush paper cup. The employees just stare at the computers during check-in and don't notice anything. Even when handing over the card, no one asks if everything was okay. You also always have to request a bottle of water with your member card.You can't use the soaps, you press down and the pusher stays down. These soap dispensers can be found in all Motel Ones - really weak.

I was in Wiesbaden for work in August and spent a few nights there. Overall, I really liked the hotel; despite its location right on a 6-lane main road, it's not really noisy. Otherwise, the hotel is very pleasantly furnished, as usual for a Motel One, even though the hotel is probably one of the older hotels in the chain, the room was not shabby.The location of the hotel makes it perfect if you arrive by train. There are many options for getting food through the adjacent “shopping center”.

I often stay overnight on business in various Motel One hotels in the DACH region. I am really very satisfied with the Motel One Hotels. They are friendly everywhere, the design is great and the price-performance ratio is also great!When you stay in constantly changing hotels from different owners and chains in different locations, you never know what you're going to get. Some are great; some are catastrophic.At the Motel One Hotels, however, I know what to expect and can be sure that everything will fit.When I enter a Motel One hotel, it's almost like ARRIVING HOME for me. And that's really good when you travel a lot! :)I'm already looking forward to my next stay at a Motel One! I'm lovin it :)

We stayed here for two nights in a double room for the second time. Last year in August everything was somewhat limited due to the renovation. But when you see it now - it was worth it. The entrance area has been beautifully renovated.We received a very friendly welcome on both visits.Our journey was by train. That's why it's ideal here. Despite the proximity to the train station and the street in front of the door, the rooms are very quiet.

Good business hotel right next to the main train station. Unfortunately there are only sandwiches in the hotel and a bottle of mineral water costs 5 EUR. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

We booked the hotel well in advance for a weekend in Wiesbaden. Since we arrived by train, a direct location at the train station was important to us. No trace of noise. Neither from the road nor from the train. At motel one you know exactly what to expect. And everything was first class, clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly as in all hotels. I like to stay in the hotels in this group. Really highly recommended.
