It was clean, there's nothing to complain about. Ms. Peinemann was very friendly and nice. The stairs up are very steep and narrow. Mr. Peinemann wasn't very friendly and opened the door a lot. The man is suspected of having broken something and that we were supposed to have smoked in the house. (You should not adjust or move a table.) You will receive a friendly email tel. no. 24 hours later. no longer available please call us back which we did. Mr. Peinemann was on it and told us why we didn't say anything, that we had broken the table (turned it up) and moved it (see the carpet imprint). We had a 7 year old child with us.It's logical that you also move a table. Then you should rent the apartment to older people.

So I can't say anything negative. The apartment is very large and also cheap for the price. The landlords were nice and friendly. We were also helped quickly if we had any questions. The apartment is quite quiet on a side street and not that far from the center.

So. The two stars from the first reviewer should now be corrected: Both landlords are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, they had to have experiences with tenants who did not adequately leave behind the really excellently equipped apartment (and here the cozy kitchen with its complete and new equipment should be mentioned in particular). It's a shame if such a review gives the wrong impression. We were very happy with everything here with two adults and two children. A large holiday apartment over two floors with plenty of space for up to five people. Fully equipped, very clean and well maintained. Good transport connections in all directions, friendly landlords. Only 5 stars fit here.
