We stayed at the Autel from December 23rd to December 27th, 2015 and can recommend this hotel. The owners are very nice, helpful and friendly. We had a double room where the bathroom had already been renovated and newly tiled. We slept well in the beds (mattresses). The shower was a pleasant enough size. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and was always refilled. However, there is one point of criticism. Since the hotel is older, it definitely needs a new exterior coat of paint. The green carpets in the outdoor corridors that lead to the rooms must be removed because they can be blown up by the wind and become a tripping hazard.Weighing down the carpet with bricks is probably not appropriate.Bad Harzburg has a lot to offer in terms of sights. We would go there again.Nevertheless, thank you again, dear Ellinghaus family, and have a healthy, profitable year.Kind regards

Very good service, everything was done for me and my son (extra baby cot, high chair, doors open) the location is central. All in one a great price/performance ratio.
