As a Steinau company, we always order there every week during our lunch break.It always works well. Food is always delicious, deliveries complete and on time. In addition to the normal menu, there is a constantly changing daily special.Can be recommended without reservation.

We had dinner here yesterday because we were on a short vacation nearby. What can I say...it was so delicious 😋 Had 1x schnitzel with Camembert, fries and cranber cream...so delicious. And 1x Alsatian schnitzel with twister fries and side salad. It easily served 2 and was very tasty. Schnitzel top and the portions were huge. Cappuccino also very tasty.So we definitely recommend it 👍 Quaint restaurant with nice people, great food and parking right around the corner. ☺️

**Review for Onion Schnitzel**The onion schnitzel that I recently enjoyed was a real treat. The meat was cooked perfectly: crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The breading had just the right amount of seasoning and a golden brown color that made the schnitzel visually appealing.The onions that rounded out the dish were also outstanding. They were slightly caramelized, which gave them a pleasant sweetness that harmonized wonderfully with the slight spiciness and hearty taste of the schnitzel. The combination of the hearty schnitzel and the sweet, aromatic onions was a hit.Overall, the onion schnitzel is a very successful dish that impresses both in terms of preparation and taste. Anyone who loves classic home cooking will definitely get their money's worth here. I highly recommend it!The only drawback was the very long waiting time of almost 1 hour :(

A very nice restaurant, with a parking lot directly attached.We sat in the great beer garden.We were there as a group of 7 people and had already reserved in advance.There is a great pizza oven outside that is in regular use.The service was attentive and friendly.The boss himself and the cook also came by to inquire about the situation.The food was very tasty.It was made with fresh ingredients and we didn't have to wait too long.We would love to come again.

We stayed at the Hotel Schützenhof for 3 nights. The man on the phone when making the reservation was very friendly. When we arrived, we were greeted in a anything but friendly manner and were immediately confronted with paying the bill for the overnight stay before we even got to our room.The room was clean, the furnishings and bathroom quite sparse and old, right on the main street. Mattresses extremely sagging and the spring core is noticeable.In the evening we were told at 7:45 p.m. that the kitchen would be closed from 8 p.m. Over the next 20 minutes, about 5-10 dishes went to the tables around us. We didn't get any more food, the boss told us the kitchen wasn't doing anything (that was at around 7:50 p.m.).At 8:30 p.m. the waitress sat down at the counter and ate her hot food, which we found all a bit strange and impertinent.When we left, we didn't get a friendly "good morning" from the boss, nor did we even get a hint of a friendly farewell.We would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Last night on April 20th, 2024 we had a delicious meal as always and when we said goodbye, my wife noticed today, April 21st, 24, that she was wearing the wrong jacket/coat!!! Please help, a guest probably hasn't noticed yet and ask to exchange their own jacket and coatPs. The coat jacket can be seen in the first picture. This belongs to my wife and the swapped jacket in the second picture is a C&A coat in black. Please contact the Schützenhof Ulmbach restaurant!Thank you

We were sitting in the beer garden when the waitress came and told us that the beer garden was closed today.We then went about 10 meters inside and ate a schnitzel. Even though the fries came very late, it was delicious.When we went out again, there were people sitting in the beer garden drinking a beer.We found that a bit strange.
