We had a 2 night getaway. The car is parked in the hotel parking lot for a fee and the hotel is nice and clean and modern.The reception is very friendly and the breakfast is quite expensive, but you don't treat yourself to anything else ;-)Everything is nice to visit on foot and the surrounding area and the hotel are pleasantly quiet. Ideal for relaxing.

This is a really great, relaxing hotel with great room facilities. We were there with a small child and it was well prepared with high chairs and extra beds. The restaurant was very nice and quiet with a great selection of delicious food for every taste. And the location with direct access to the lake was perfect! Highly recommended!!!

This was such a treat. An outstanding visit to a delightful and very clean and friendly spa. The most notable was the delicious buffet breakfast. Superb location, about 10 mins walk to all the downtown, yet right on the water and with a feeling of calm.I give it five stars for cleanliness and variety in breakfast choices. Worth every euro to stay here.

We spent 2 nights at the Müritzpalais. Very clean, very quiet, very friendly with on-site parking and an ideal location near the center. Spacious apartment right on the lake with comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and small balcony; Everything a self-catering person would need in the kitchenette.We took advantage of the restaurants within walking distance and the sensational breakfast with sparkling wine, North German salads, many options for carnevors and vegans. Everything fresh and beautifully presented.We really enjoyed our short stay and would happily recommend the Müritzpalais.

Had a super nice apartment with a side view. Lake view, beauty treatment with the beautician was very, very nice!!!, since we were traveling with a dog, we made breakfast ourselves in the apartment

We were in the Müritzpalais for the third time and we really liked it again. The apartments are tastefully furnished, very clean, large wardrobe in the bedroom, balcony, nothing is missing.Linen change or cleaning service on request.Staff attentive and friendly.Parking lot Breakfast Sauna Swimming pool can be booked separately, it is also in the description.Bread roll service possible.The hotel is located directly on the Müritz, and the town and harbor are also within walking distance.We can highly recommend the palace.

The arrival was uncomplicated and we were able to receive the room cards a little earlier. What was particularly negative was that not all sizes of bathrobes were available (with reference to the laundry?) and that even though we had booked an extra dog apartment (it also smelled of it after we entered it for the first time) and paid extra , daily and additional costs for final cleaning and then an email came that we had to pay an additional €80. Our dog didn't leave any damage or mud behind, but stayed in the apartment normally. It's bad to be foolish after the fact 😠. In retrospect, that took away everything that was nice.Addendum - Answer to the message from Müritzpalais: My dog is not allowed on the couch or even in bed at home or anywhere else. We are in the season of fur change, despite daily grooming, a Labrador still loses hair and it is clear to every dog owner that it not only flies on the floor, but also on the furniture. It's a shame that they portray it here again as if my dog behaved like a pig. We travel a lot and have never had so much trouble! 😠

We had a cozy and spacious apartment with two large rooms. It was very quiet and not as noisy as elsewhere. There was a large balcony with access from both rooms. The hotel is located directly on the lake and is just a few minutes' walk from the harbor and the historic old town.Breakfast varied a bit every day; It was delicious and there was enough choice for every taste. The staff was considerate and friendly.Unfortunately, the breakfast room can only be reached from outside - of course not a problem when the weather is good, but if it rains, you'll have to stand in it too.

Very nice, quiet hotel located directly on the Müritz. The old town and harbor are within walking distance. Rooms are bright and friendly.Unfortunately there is no more bread service. Sofa bed a bit hard.Nevertheless, we always feel very comfortable and would like to come back.

We spent a weekend at the Müritzpalais and were very disillusioned. The location, the breakfast and the sauna area are plus points - clearly. What really surprised us, however, is that you have to pay extra for the sauna and that you also have to pay extra for the bathrobe. Unimaginable for us. The other problem was the rooms. The plastic fumes from the furniture are so extreme that we left the first room when we entered it and, after some discussion, were given a new one. But here too the smell was so strong and particularly disturbing in the bedroom. Initially the staff acted like they didn't smell it. After researching the reviews, we noticed that it had been complained about often and was not an individual problem. We normally avoid reviews, but here it was so important that we decided to do so.
