Arriving late in the evening was no problem for the inn. I was able to collect my key from a digibox.But when I arrived in the room, I was shocked. The hotel's website showed bright, friendly and renovated rooms in a country house style. The reality was outdated furniture, a dirty carpet, a tiny TV, a squeaky bed and tiles in the bathroom like grandma's.This borders on deceiving the guest.The breakfast was great. However, the hotel is not worth the money in the slightest.

The room in which I was accommodated was in need of renovation. The carpet had stains, the curtain was no longer hanging completely in the rail and was partly hanging down. The bed creaked loudly with every movement. The bathroom was not clean, there was a ring of dirt on the floor of the shower that had settled. The joints in the shower were partly black. The shower doors full of limescale stains. The shower head was broken and the water sporadically came out the sides.The door to the bathroom couldn't be closed.The extra pillow in the bed looked like it was from the previous resident and that's how it smelled.When you arrive you are on your own because there is no one there. There are no designated parking spaces.The breakfast was okay and the employee was very nice.But I couldn't last another day there and canceled all of my planned stays.Price performance absolutely doesn't fit here and is an absolute disgrace! I hope it gets checked there sometime.WiFi doesn't work in the room.I wouldn't have given it a star, but then unfortunately I can't post it.ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Breakfast and service was great. Good price for the rooms.Rooms were bad. It smelled old. Internet was very bad and stopped every 5 minutes for a few minutes. Mattress read, windows are leaking and therefore the rooms are cold. Water temperature when showering changes from warm to cold every 3 minutes. Mini TV where you can't see anything.I don't want to go there again.

Second accommodation without its own or sparsely staffed reception.You can get the key code easily after calling. The breakfast and the friendly woman took a lot out of it and I had to think long and hard about how to rate it. Since the rooms were really run down and dirty, the good and nice breakfast didn't help either.

So the breakfast was really good. The service was also very nice. Hence one star. But nothing more. The rest is miserable. Room not clean. Especially the bathroom. And communication with the owner was a disaster. Still waiting for a reply to my email. On the first day I called 4 different phone numbers 20 times to get the code for the room key. That makes me puke.

We've stayed here several times now and I'm a little disappointed because the rooms aren't all super clean and super fresh, they don't clean every day, you don't get fresh towels for showering and cleaning every day and that None of the rooms have fresh wallpaper (yellowish and too old).Overall, I'm actually really satisfied, but charging prices like a hotel with little service, as described above, bothers me extremely.I think a decent room/girl/boy should have more in it,A fresh coat of paint would do wonders in the bathrooms and changing the light bulbs would make the rooms look bright and friendly even in the evenings.

Booked a single room via Booking. Called again 3 days before arrival to let you know the arrival time. They said that no single room had been booked. They want to take care of it. Finally it worked.The room is really small and not particularly nicely decorated. Bed OK. No wardrobe, just a chest of drawers. Everything is very old. Bathroom okay so far. Carpet in the room totally stained. Trash can was only emptied when announced. The room costs €52 per night on the website. Via booking for 4 nights €284.This is completely overpriced!!! Even €208 is too expensive for Scheeßel.Staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good.
