The company's greatest potential is its employees. The very good service paired with a pleasant, natural friendliness guaranteed an extremely relaxed and relaxing stay. My husband and I are at Villa Contessa for the second time and are as excited as we were on the first day! Everything is just right in this hotel - the beautiful location on the lake, the harmoniously furnished rooms, the attentive service and the fantastic food in the restaurant. The quality of the dishes is impeccable and by that we don't just mean the cooking skills, but also the fresh food. Here you can get everything your heart desires - including fruity vitamin shots for breakfast as a gift or a greeting from the kitchen for dinner. The wine selection is also great! The team attaches great importance to ensuring that you have a good time with them and also pay attention to your health and wellness. If you want to do something good for yourself and come home refreshed, Villa Contessa is the right place for you.We also spent my husband's birthday there and were sweetly surprised with cakes and drinks and “gifted” with a room upgrade when we spontaneously decided to extend our stay. Many thanks to the entire team and we would be very, very happy to come back!

No matter whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was always spectacular. The hotel complex looks like something out of the most beautiful picture book - the white beauty, decorated in golden and beige tones.The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every stay here becomes an unforgettable experience.We were able to end the summer in this beautiful place in a pleasant atmosphere and with perfect weather. The lovingly designed outdoor area and the beautiful interior design of the villa fascinated us. There really is a lot of love in the details. I became aware of Villa Contessa through a friend's recommendation. I was looking for a quiet, exclusive place with direct access to nature and I have to say that I found it with this beautiful, small, extremely hospitable hotel. All of the employees here put their whole hearts into it and strive to make you feel comfortable and welcome as a guest. Everything was perfect, from the incredibly beautiful, light-flooded rooms with a view of Scharmützelsee, to the small but very nice and yet sufficiently equipped spa, to the exquisite, loving cuisine. The latter really blew me away! The dishes served are extremely sophisticated and creatively prepared and taste exceptional. Each dish was an incredibly delicious composition of perfectly complementary ingredients. Once again, big compliments to the kitchen and a big thank you to the always diligent service, which really goes out of its way to ensure that the guests feel completely looked after. Special requests were always addressed without hesitation. Even though you can stay in the villa all day (when the weather is nice, for example on the sun terrace or comfortably by the pool in the garden or in the spa area when the weather is bad), the place also has a lot to offer! On a sunny day, I grabbed a bike that the hotel provides to all guests and rode out into nature. You can easily cycle around the Scharmützelsee, and the small swimming areas that come your way invite you to cool off in the summer sun (I recommend a stop in the hidden “Lustgarten”). There are also many small forest routes that are good for hiking and relaxing. In summary, I am very happy to have found this beautiful, quiet place. Many thanks to the entire Villa Contessa team - I look forward to seeing you again!
