Great cozy room, great view.I was traveling alone and found “my” accommodation at the Demlhof. I had booked 4 nights at short notice and there was a pick-up service from the train station by “the lady of the house”.Hospitality is very important, as is friendliness and conversation if you like.I felt very comfortable there and everything that could be important for a solo traveler was there: a private shower and toilet for every room on the floor, a guest kitchen with a refrigerator and cooking facilities with a lounge on the floor and a TV including WiFi in the room.If the weather isn't good, there's a cozy swimming pool with a small sauna area within a 10-minute walk. Also a baker and a penny. I was super satisfied and am happy to have found and chosen this accommodation. However, you have to go a little uphill and are a bit removed from the central places "Bahnhof and Chiemsee", so you should be able to walk or be mobile.

Dream apartment.In contrast to where I was previously accommodated.Nice room with shared shower/toilet which isn't a problem for me.Shower/toilet very clean.The separate kitchen is great, where you can prepare food and have breakfast separately.If there were 10 stars, I would give them.I'll be back.

Very nice, child-friendly and open-minded host family. Very nice farm with a great view and close to many great excursion destinations. We felt completely comfortable. Thank you for the great time.

The farm is lovingly designed and you can go on great tours by bike.Playground with trampoline and swings for the little ones. The Lackerschmid family is very nice. Thank you for the hospitality.

If you don't need luxury, this is the place for you. Apartment 3 has everything you need and if something is missing, help will be provided quickly. Nice view from the balcony and a place to wind down. Children have fun at the Demelhof.Katharina is so sweet and gives a lot of information about the excursion destinations.

An idyllic and family stay is guaranteed. The location with a fantastic view of Lake Chiemsee invites you to linger. Warm hosts, very clean and modern rooms and holiday apartments make the stay almost perfect. A little paradise for adults and children. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice hosts, cozy rooms with lots of space, large kitchen with dining area. The rooms are Bavarian-cozy (FeWo 1) with a large balcony. Very quiet location above the town with great views all around.Always more pleasant in hot summer temperatures than down by the lake.

We were able to experience some wonderful days with the Lackerschmidt family. Beautiful, quiet rooms with a balcony and a view of Lake Chiemsee, an extremely nice and friendly landlady who provided a great and rich breakfast in the morning.After almost 20 years (we were already guests here with our daughter) we have finally managed to be guests here again...
