The former Arosa Resort on Scharmützelsee under a new operator.Very good wellness area. The rooms are larger than average and well equipped.The kitchen is really good and both breakfast and dinner as a buffet are tasty and high quality.The service staff was consistently very friendly and helpful. How can you get by in the service sector today without an international workforce? I see that more as a win. Everyone was very attentive and tried hard.You can see the location on Googleand that's exactly what you get. Certainly more attractive in summer than in winter. But the autumn forest had something of an Indian summer about it.

We were there for the first time and probably the last time.First the positive: the room was really nice and clean.However, there were unfortunately major disadvantages in terms of service. Except at the reception and a lady in the wellness area spoke German. I can speak English, but do I really have to speak English on my vacation in Bad Sarrow so that someone can understand me? I couldn't order in German either at breakfast, at the bar or in the pool area. Even the staff's English was rather difficult. When we ordered at the pool bar, we were handed a warm Prosecco. It really shouldn't be that way. The solution to the problem: an ice cube was added to the glass. I'm sorry, that's not a solution for me. Unfortunately, the breakfast service was also severely overwhelmed. The sauna infusion was canceled due to a lack of staff.We paid over €200 for one night, so I could really expect much better. Or take a lot less money.We won't be coming back, but there are much better hotels nearby that are worth the money.

very nice complex in the middle of nature and a large golf resort. The wellness area is spacious, the staff is very friendly and the food is good. Drinks could be a little better chilled, this would prevent them from being watered down by too many ice cubes.All in all, the hotel is highly recommended and we would be happy to come back.

We were on a short vacation for our wedding and reported it on site. Unfortunately, it wasn't addressed a bit. There was really nothing at all from the hotel, not even a wet handshake...that made us very upset.Unfortunately we weren't happy with the service staff either. In a hotel in Germany you can certainly expect to be spoken to in your native language and not have to use your hands and feet to make yourself understood. There is also a lack of good training here. Example: I had to explain to a bar worker what sparkling wine is. That was really bad. Lack of skilled workers or not...that went too far for us!!!!!

Nice stay. The golf courses were in great condition. We felt very comfortable. The highlight of the stay was the food. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great. Many thanks to the hard-working employees.

To explain, we had 4 nights in the off-season week.There was absolutely nothing wrong with it.There was a little foretaste at dinner on Friday and breakfast on Saturday,This is where the bad reviews come from.At “Full House” the service seems to be overwhelmed.Again: During the week, everything was great!

I was in room 342 from October 25th to October 26th, 2024. That was my second visit to this hotel.The room is clean, the balcony is tiny, but with a view of the lake. The bed was big and comfortable, not too soft.I particularly liked the friendly staff, the two Polish people do their job really well!I also remember the personalized card in the room and the little gift that was brought to our room as positive.There is a nice, large, free parking lot opposite the hotel. You can also drive up to the hotel to unload, which is practical.

We were there from October 17th to 20th, 2024 and felt more comfortable than ever in a hotel. We had a very nice experience when we arrived: Our sat nav misdirected us several times and we frantically called the hotel and got good directions. 3 minutes before arrival the lady from reception called us again to see if we could find it. It was Mrs. Isak Yerheniia - who welcomed us very warmly and greeted us warmly as we came and went. I also said that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary the next day. When we returned from a trip that day, she greeted us with a glass of champagne. At dinner we were friendly led to a table for two in the restaurant with a handwritten card with congratulations, then we were given a glass of champagne. This feel-good atmosphere continued throughout our stay. The food was great. When guests complain that the staff doesn't speak pure German, we have to reply that we were always understood and were happy to be surrounded by so many friendly staffIn southern Germany, many restaurants and hotels have to close because there are no staff at all. They were wonderful days for us all around.

“Golf Paradise - 5/5”This golf resort is an absolute gem, especially for fans of links-style courses! The course was impeccably maintained, with stunning coastal views and challenging, yet fair, play. Each hole offered a unique experience, making the round both exciting and rewarding. The resort itself was top-notch, with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. A perfect destination for any golfer looking to enjoy a world-class links course. Highly recommend!

What has become of this formerly beautiful house… unrecognizable… What a shameIn February last year, after the reopening after Corona, the positive changes since January could already be seen... But what awaited us this year... we are disappointed...In our own country I have to speak English to be understood... the staff makes an effort... no question... but the constant talking past each other is not nice for the guests... wrong bookings... reservations are not carried out... etc.The food was delicious as always… the room was clean… the tone definitely needs to be worked on… Good evening… Hello… everyone should understand…The ceiling lighting in the wellness pool has been defective for years... The cocktail menu has been drastically reduced…We really think it's a shame that the great Arosa has become a Precise with a lot of negative sides...We'll still keep our fingers crossed for you...maybe you're still in the discovery phase and will make the jump...

What a beautiful hotel, just an hour away from Berlin and yet in another world.On one side the Scharmützelsee and to the rear the golf course.What we particularly liked: the large wellness area with the various saunas, the indoor and outdoor pools and the really good cuisine. In the morning and evening there was a rich and constantly freshly replenished buffet.We had a very quiet room facing the lake. Nicely decorated and very clean. We had a good rest and will definitely come back...The garage was supposed to cost €19 per night, the open parking lot was free for us in October. The tourist tax was €3 per person. and day.

We have been to this hotel several times. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and clean. (I believe) each room has its own balcony and a coffee maker, which is not available in every hotel. The wellness area is also really nice and large. There are many different saunas as well as 2 indoor pools, 1 baby pool and 1 heated outdoor pool. There is also a pool bar. We weren't there to play golf, which is why there seem to be a lot of people there. The hotel is located a bit away from Bad Saarow, but right on the lake / with its own beach access. There is also a children's playroom, for which you can get a key at any time and childcare is also offered.I understand the comments here that you "have to speak English" because some employees don't speak German fluently, but there is always someone in every department who speaks German fluently and the rest of the staff have enough, so you won't have any problems Can order food or drinks. Especially since I don't see it as a negative point regarding the hotel, since many people from other countries live and work here and I see it as a very positive thing that they work here and are also super friendly and enjoy their work. The bartender Mr. Arkadiusz, who gave us a really nice evening by being very friendly, accommodating and anticipating our every wish. In addition, the chefs were Mr. MINH and Mr. Ilya was also very accommodating and responded to our special requests that others would probably have rolled their eyes at. The reception staff were also very friendly. All in all there is nothing to complain about :-) full recommendation!

Completely satisfied from check in to check out! We spent a mother daughter wellness holiday at Precise Bad Saarow. Our room was very clean and was cleaned every day. When we requested a second blanket, this wish was immediately fulfilled. The spa area was very quiet and not overcrowded. Many thanks to Mathias for the excellent massage! The surrounding area invited us to take long nature walks, which we enjoyed very much. As part of our half board, we were completely satisfied and always more than full. :-) The selection for breakfast and dinner was huge and always sufficient. The service staff was very accommodating and always friendly. We definitely do not share the opinion of some guests on this platform and are satisfied that there are still lovely people who would like to welcome us warmly and fulfill our wishes as best they can, even with a language barrier.
