The hotel is a bit remote, but that didn't bother us. It is perfect for hikers. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The waitress came early to prepare breakfast because we had to leave early. This was very good and there was a lot to choose from. We'd love to come back. Ample free parking is available directly in front of the property.

A beautifully decorated Bavarian inn in the Achental!The menu includes everything you would expect from a Bavarian tavern: from schnitzel to meat patties to onion roast. In my opinion, the latter is particularly recommended: great meat quality, perfectly medium rare, simply delicious all around!Vegetarians and vegans will also find something on the menu!For me, one of the most beautiful and best inns in the region that you should definitely visit!

My husband Klaus and I think it's great here. The rooms are modern and well-kept. Worth mentioning is the snack bar for the furry friends, in the entrance area and towels for the little ones are also available in the entrance area, just great. THE whole house makes a rustic yet modern impression. There are rattan chairs with seat cushions on the balcony. It would be nice if there was a small table. A small fan, at these temperatures, would be desirable in the top floor. Nevertheless, a great hotel in an idyllic location.

Only the very tasty Kaiserschmarrn was really convincing. The compote couldn't keep up with the taste. The fried chicken wasn't baked really crispy and, despite expressly asking when ordering, there were only pieces of breast. The potato salad had a sour taste reminiscent of preservatives. A side dish of tomato had two small moldy spots. The prices were too high given the small portions, especially the saddle of venison for over EUR 30, which only consisted of two small pieces of meat. Given the many good reviews, we expected much more. All in all, I give it a very generous three stars.Update August 6, 2024: You can deal with reviews in different ways. Learn from it to become better, or arrogantly brush criticism aside. Unfortunately, the owner decided on the second option. If 4 people see mold on a tomato, it is very presumptuous to claim that everyone was just dreaming. There's only one star for that.

The Rait'ner Wirt is a very nice and warm hotel with a great restaurant. We were warmly welcomed as a couple with a dog. There was a basket, two bowls and a can of wet food in our room for our dog, as well as towels and a dog snack bar in the entrance area of the hotel. We and she were thrilled from the start. The rooms are very comfortably furnished and clean. Room service cleans the rooms upon request, which we also think is great, especially in terms of sustainability. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Another highlight is the restaurant, which impressed with excellent food and extremely friendly service. There are also great excursion destinations, such as hikes with different levels of difficulty and wonderful places and cities. All in all a great holiday, a very clear recommendation.

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly service. All the employees we had contact with were very nice and friendly. The hotel is located a bit off the main road, has great parking and is absolutely quiet. We had a room with a balcony and it had a great view.As a couple, we can absolutely recommend the Raitner Wirt and will definitely come back ourselves.

The hotel impresses with its warm-heartedness and its nevertheless high quality standards.My four-legged travel companion was also well taken care of with loving attention (towel station at the entrance, candy bar in the hallway, bowls and beds in the room, thoughtful seating reservations in the restaurant and at breakfast).Anyone who wants to spend a completely carefree time with a guarantee of well-being is in good hands here, both as a two-legged friend and as a four-legged friend.
