We are here on holiday in the Gamsei holiday apartment and discovered Café König.WE ARE EXCITED. :)* nice service. Lots to laugh about* small but tasty menu* Great value for money* super tasty* the Leberle were extremely tender and deliciousWhat else could I praise? :)They are open on Saturdays from 5 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays. We got a place in the beer garden.Will definitely come back. The Chiemsee region with Grassau and Café König in Rottau sees us at least once every year.

Stopped here for a short break (drink only). Nice and friendly welcome. Good parking options. Nice little beer garden. During my stay a few hikers were there for a break (🍽️). Whenever I'm in the area again, I'd like to try something from the menu.

Our rescue in the event of a car breakdown! Incredibly nice and attentive service, rooms clean, comfortable and cheap. Our dog was also welcomed. After a strenuous day, a cold beer from the barrel was a balm for the soul.Food was absolutely delicious, large portions, prices reasonable.Thank you very much!

Here we definitely cook with love and every single guest is very valued! As locals, we had nothing to complain about during our visit, every meal was very tasty and professionally prepared with the best quality! This inn is somewhat hidden at the entrance to the town and doesn't just offer cafes and homemade cakes.However, we were there exactly at coffee time and ate good homemade cake. When it was over 30 degrees, it was pleasant outside because there was shade from various trees. There is also a playground for children so that parents can eat in peace and the little ones don't get bored.The cake tasted great and wasn't too heavy for this warm summer day. For 4.20 euros you get a decent piece of cake, which was completely enough for me. The coffee was also served very nicely.Service was also OK, from ordering to delivering to paying, everything was as it should be.

We felt very comfortable. Warm family business with very good breakfast at the table. The rooms are simple but almost all have access to the balcony. We visited the restaurant several times and everything was homemade and very tasty.
