We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful holiday apartment and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.We didn't miss anything, everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean and the quiet location helps relax the mind and soul.Ms. Stolz gave us a friendly welcome and is always there for her guests. We can only recommend Hauszeit to everyone, it's worth it.

We had a wonderful stay in apartment four. The apartment is spacious and modernly furnished. It was very clean and cozy. From the kitchen-living room (large panoramic window) and the balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains. The house is in a quiet location, on the outskirts. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need (stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster). There is a washing machine and dryer, as well as a garage for bicycles. The service and communication with the landlord was very good. A small drawback was the lack of fly screens in front of the windows, the mosquitoes were unfortunately very aggressive and since it was very warm, you could only sleep with the window open, so the mosquitoes had an easy time of it. Otherwise everything was perfect and we would like to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay in the Stolz family’s “Hauszeit” apartment. The hostess, Ms. Stolz, was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was new and beautiful, very quiet location, the furnishings were practical, the beds were very comfortable, the balcony was private and had a beautiful view of the countryside. We would book this apartment on the 1st floor again at any time.

Great apartment and very nice contact. Nothing is left to be desired, especially if you want to store your e-bike safely. A really perfect bicycle cellar (I would like that too) 👍.

Everything is just tip top. Apartment well equipped. Highly recommended for cyclists. Everything was thought of there. Even a bicycle garage with storage space for the bicycle rack, compressor for pumping, etc.Good starting point for bike tours. Very nice hosts.Generally highly recommended.

We were only there for 7 days in September 2022 and unfortunately had 3 days of constant rain. Apartment No. 5 on the ground floor fully compensated us for this. It has 103 m2 and is excellently, perfectly and modernly furnished. The fully equipped kitchen also has everything you need. The property belonging to the house is huge and even has a playground that our 2-year-old granddaughter enjoyed using. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank the friendly hostess for a wonderful 7 days of vacation. We can warmly recommend this house and especially the great apartment at any time.

Beautiful holiday apartment!Stylish, cozy - just feel good :)I felt at home from the first moment, the apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished.The owners are totally friendly and available to answer any questions or other concerns.Shops, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance.One of my highlights was the view from the balcony - during the day I had a magical panoramic view of the mountains in front of me and in the evening the beautiful starry sky.I can recommend the holiday apartment to everyone!It's definitely not the last time I've been there. :)Thank you

We arrived at about 11.30 pm. The host answer and he said is too late to give us a room.
I would not recommend this place just because on the sign outside was not written after 10 or 11.00 pm we don't receive guest anymore.

Top holiday apartment with great facilities. We lived in apartment 4 for 1 week.- Very new and great equipment in the apartment- I'm still thrilled about the bike cellar. The e-bikes can be charged directly here and a compressor for tire pressure + water hose + tools is available. The waste separation is exemplary.Unreserved recommendation for this house and the owner is very friendly and helpful and explains everything.

A wonderfully modern, well-designed and quiet apartment No. 1 under the attic. Everything is new and the furnishings and kitchen utensils are very clean. Everything you need is there and the form of minimalism is very interesting. You can park right in front of the house, there is a separate garage for bicycles and even charging stations for e-bikes. Garbage is separated. Exemplary.And there is a fountain bubbling by the house.

Very nice apartment. All apartments in the house were apparently newly renovated/completed in 2019.We had booked apartment number 4 (separate bedroom for the children). The apartment's furnishings are completely new. Everything we needed was there, including the following (in addition to the description on the internet):- Towels (1 bath towel and hand towel per person)- Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used free of charge and without limits.- Dishwasher- Consumables: toilet paper, kitchen towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid- A television in the living room and another device in the master bedroom- Vacuum cleaner-SafeBooking, check-in and check-out take place via the Hotel Bonnschlößl. This is in the center of Bernau at the church. Certain facilities in the hotel can be used: We had booked a massage. If you want, you can also book the breakfast buffet in the hotel after registering. Staff was very friendly and tried hard.Another note for everyone who wants to be online while on vacation: The quality of the WiFi in our apartment was very good. Streaming with multiple devices at the same time was possible without any problems.
