The most miserable accommodation I have ever stayed in. The floor is very sticky, the lack of cleanliness... spider web everywhere.I had paid for 4 days but the next day I left because I couldn't stand the misery anymore, little food and every day as I understood it. This resort is very old, it's so confusing, from one building to another to achieve that it costs all nerves. Since I had a stroller, I had to take the elevator from one spot, then the stairs, and so on.The worst thing is to go to a restaurant to eat, you have to go outside if you want to go to the hall children play, also have to go outside to go outside.THE INDOOR SWIMMING HAS VERY COLD WATERA very old resort, not worth the money he charges.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

So we were there for a week and we were very satisfied. A huge compliment to the employees, especially in the restaurants. Friendly, clean, accommodating! The only thing to criticize is the water temperature in the baby pool and even if you lie on the loungers there it is very drafty. But our children (12,9 and 3 years old) and we would really like to come back!!

So anyone who complains about the price-performance ratio is not living in reality. We were here for the first time as a family of 4. The expectations were exceeded because, unlike those who complain, I know what you can get elsewhere today for the money we paid here, namely just dinner. You are welcome to add up what breakfast, lunch, cake, dinner, drinks, hotel rooms, indoor swimming pool, childcare, etc. are worth to you per day and then compare it with what you pay. It was clean, warm, cozy, tasty and the kids had fun. Special praise to the chefs! The roasts in the evening were delicious. A special highlight for our boys was the football hall. We highly recommend the resort and if it weren't so far away, we would come back for a long weekend.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful at any time.Swimming pool was great, saved us for a few hours every day as the kids really had a lot of fun there. Water temperature could have been a few degrees warmer.Care in the family world is no go. You don't feel welcome there. The receptionist was very unfriendly and seemed very overwhelmed and stressed. Our kids didn't want to go there anymore after their one-time visit.Price-performance ratio is definitely right. The hotel is recommended for a few days break.

Underground! There is an urgent need for hotel facilities, rooms, breakfast options and dinner.A typical example of years of missing out on modernization and further development.Other hotels of this size are in a better position. Selling individual apartments will not make things any easier in the future.

This was the worst hotel we have stayed in so far. The food is absolutely inedible. The theme evening today consisted of roast pork, pork knuckles and a soggy mushroom sauce. There was nothing for vegetarians. The rooms and the whole house are totally worn out and in need of renovation. We're never coming back

So the room wasn't very clean, there are many defects that I would like to list now but e.g. The fact that the bathroom is very unclean is a very urgent matter that the staff there need to improve. The location of the hotel is perfect - it is very close to many attractions and you can get there quickly. The restaurant is very quiet downstairs but upstairs it's a mess with only small children screaming and no parents doing anything. But overall it's very good there ;)

The hotel and rooms are very old and stink. The food is similar to that in the youth hostel, but everyone has found something.The offer actually sounds good with an all-inclusive option - but drinks are only available in one restaurant and they cannot be taken away or tapped. Childcare is full right at 10 a.m. and will close. Unfortunately, there is no real support. The children are only allowed to play freely in the family world. Room cleaning and new towels are supposed to take place every two days, but this didn't happen at all for us.The swimming pool is ok and the soccer hall also looks good.The hotel and playground urgently need renovation.The offer was extremely cheap, so we didn't complain. But we won't be coming back and are happy to be back home.

The resort is very run down and shabby and in urgent need of renovation. The shower was dirty, hair and soap residue from the previous one still stuck to the walls. No cleaning was done despite the promise every 2 days. When eating there was a mass process; there was often a lack of glasses and cutlery or, if there were any, they were still dirty. The food was simple but mostly tasty.The staff was very nice and helpful, as long as they understood you!The location of the resort was fantastic, as was the surrounding area, so the day trips were the best part of the vacation.Bavarian Forest yes, gladly again, resort no thanks.

The entire building is completely outdated. It has nothing to do with 3 stars. The food is like in a cheap youth hostel. We were here for a long weekend, luckily not longer. Absolutely not recommended.

Very disappointing… like before in the FDGB holiday home..Cupboards broken, kitchen in apartment without cutlery and crockery, although you could really use it with the buffet…Mold in the shower, balcony full of greenery and dirty. Children's beds old and hard as a board! Double beds are good and as good as new. Darts and billiards are offered, but no arrows or sticks. Shortly before 10 p.m. you are literally thrown out by the non-German speaking staff, even though there are supposed to be free drinks until 10 p.m.The dining room is brutally hot and stuffy, the window levers for ventilation have been removed, an imposition! The floor at the buffet was still stuck on Saturday as it was on Friday. Cutlery and dishes are often dirty.Indoor pool is nice and quite new.On the whole, I think every youth hostel is more luxurious than the old shed.

We don't think the bad reviews are justified. All the staff were very nice and helpful. It is a somewhat outdated, very large facility. But you know that before you book. Room was very large with balcony and clean. There's really only one snack for lunch, so it's better to eat somewhere along the way. Dinner and breakfast were fine and tasty. Very good price-performance ratio.

The facility is getting old. (Swimming pool and indoor playground are good) The reception ladies were friendly and helpful.But that's it for positive impressions, food is not good and the service in the restaurant is a disaster. We are seen as a burden instead of a guest. We were a family of 18 people, it wasn't welcome that people stayed seated until 10 p.m. after eating. The self-service stations for the all-inclusive guests were permanently covered. And the waiter constantly tried to put pressure on you to leave quickly.

Like many others, we were very skeptical, but a lot of things are true here. There were 3 of us when we arrived and we first had to run after bedding for the child. It was only made up for 2. The rooms and the whole area are very underground, here we have to Something urgently needs to be done. When it came to service, I also had the feeling that they had to work here, no one had fun here. The food was OK, the child was full. But we are also happy to be going home again. We always go on vacation in the fall away for a few days, but it has nothing to do with price-performance.

The hotel rooms and facilities were really great. The room is large enough and the facility is very good with lots of leisure activities including an indoor pool. The food tastes good and the drinks are completely ok. But what really disturbed and affected our vacation was the always unfriendly waiter in the fireplace restaurant. You feel like you're constantly being watched and are literally disgusted later in the evening (from 9 p.m.), even though the services are booked until 10 p.m. In addition, the bar is always blocked up, so you can't get drinks. We talked to many vacationers and all of them had negative experiences with the waiter. It's a shame because otherwise there was nothing to complain about!

Rooms old and you have ants as guests...Rooms very old and some of the furniture in there is broken..You don't even need to talk about the balcony.My son and wife liked the bathing options.Food was ok. (be careful because plates can get dirty sometimes standing there to get food. That's actually not possible as a hotel)Breakfast only baked rolls and no fresh fruit in sight.We won't come here again.
